Tender For Special Repair Of Khwajanagar Link Road In Km- 1, 2(500) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(22.4-53mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specificationclause 405 2 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure Sprayer at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer or previously painted surface & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503. and direction of Engineeer in Charge . 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick (compacted) composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant (Mixol), laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 and direction of Engineer-in-charge . 4 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 510and direction of Engineer-in-charge . 5 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a all lifts and leads, transporting to site.Spreading, grading to required slpoe and compacting to meet required of table 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical specification clause 303.1 6 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, at expansion and construction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design,over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.20 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plats including leveling the formwork as drawing),spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes,compacted using needls, screed and plate vibrators and finshed in contunuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approadch to bridge/culvert and construction jointsadmixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14days curing compound(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Techincal specification clause 1501. 7 Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil , excavation to be in the form or regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, includingramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also includinglift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m.
