Tender For Special Repair Of Kotwa-Sadak-Sonauli-Sidhour Road(Odr) In Km-5 Rcc Culvert. - 5 metre (5fts.)and lead upto 30 m.(100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer - in - charge upto a distance of 30 M. (100 fts.)from the foundation trenches.(SOR No. 251) 2 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone ballast 20 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.(SOR No. 281) 3 Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations .(SOR No. 307(a) 4 Providing and laying of weephole in brick massonary in abutment and wing wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structuer with slope of 1v:20 H towarddrawing force complete as per drawing and technical specification (MORTH &H-13.8/2706&2200) 5 RCC Grade M 25 (SOR No. 288) 6 Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications. 7 Pointing with cement mortar (1:2) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification.(SOR No. 581) 8 Filling brickbats as filler material between roadcrust and abutment 9 Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 mt. (200 feet) (exisiting parapet) 10 Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil , excavation to be in the form or regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, includingramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also includinglift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m. The earth cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100 ft.) distance as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.(SOR No. 253) 11 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 12 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 13 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 14 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous Prime coat surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 15 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. 16 Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 with excavation and PCC 1:2:4
