Construction Of 1X3.00 M Sapn Culvert On Bhanmau To Abhipur Link Road - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift up to 1.50 m. lead upto 30 m. and including filling ,watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches of foundation and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in charge.Sl No. 251 2 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.as per MORTH Clause 408 (SOR No. 280) 3 Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications as per MORTH Clauses 1300 & 2200 (SOR No. 307(a)) 4 Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, wing wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification as per MORTH Clauses2706 & 2200 5 Back filling with local earth behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification as per MORTH Clauses 710.1.4.of IRC:78 & 2200 6 R.C.C work with cement approved course sand and 2 cm {314) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in columns, beams, slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G. G.l. binding wire and including neccessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labours and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item. (As per SOR No. 289) 7 Supplying, fitting and placing Mild steel reinforcement complete in sub-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification and MORTH clause 1600 & 2200 8 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.(SOR No. 279(a)) 9 Struck cement pointing on brick work with 1 :3 cement mortar ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) including supply of materials , T & P required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge. Sl. No. 582 10 Colour washing one coat, using approved colouring materials of buff, blue, grey or brown shade, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR No. 675) 11 Relaying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing the same with threewheel road roller 80-100 kN as per Technical Specification MORTH Clause 412 12 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specificationclause 405. 13 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure Sprayer at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer or previously painted surface & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503. and direction of Engineeer in Charge . 14 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick (compacted) composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant (Mixol), laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 and direction of Engineer-in-charge . 15 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 510and direction of Engineer-in-charge . 16 Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil , excavation to be in the form or regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, includingramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also includinglift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m. The earth cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100 ft.) distance as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.(As per SOR No. 253) 1 km cartage 17 Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing the same with threewheel road roller 80-100 kN as per Technical Specification Clause 412
