Dismantling of old defective frequently problem observed of 245 KV AREVA make SF-6 gas Circuit Breaker, type GL-314 of 220/132 KV 100 MVA TF-1 Bay Circuit Breaker by disconnecting A.C. D.C. supply and opening of nut bolts, jumpers, cable connection, earthing and opening of all linkages of poles along with copper pipe line of SF-6 gas for all three poles safely and its shifting to the place/store site as instructed by engineer incharge with the help of crane. The work includes dismantling of mechanism housing, vertical frame unit and its shifting to the store place.

Erection of new 245 KV Siemens make SF-6 gas circuit breaker on 220/132 KV 100 MVA T/F-I bay with utmost care. The work includes carriage of CB from store site to work site and unpacking of all the three poles from crates safely, fixing of supporting structure. After opening the protection cover fixing of interrupting units on the frame as per drawing/manual & as per instruction given by engineer incharge, connections of all mechanical linkages, gas pipe earthing etc. to complete the job. The work also includes till the modifications required for fixing base legs of new circuit breaker with the help of welding machine etc. connections for earthing & all jumpers clamps, termination etc. and CB testing properly with the CB timing to complete the erection work satisfactorily.

Overhauling of each pole mechanism assembly of AREVA make 245 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker, Type GL314 of 220 KV Khurja-Sikandrabad Line Circuit Breaker (each breaker has three poles.) The job includes overhauling of control assembly, holding latch assembly, trip latch, anti-pumping pin assembly, motor charging gear assembly etc. Overhauling of three- phase lever, shock absorber etc. Opening of different parts of mechanism for wear and tear. Rectification/repairing of roller, linkage of mechanical assembly. Rectification of gas leakage from gas pipe assembly by replacing O-ring and brazing etc. work also includes tightening of all electrical connections for satisfactory operation of breaker and proper closing and tripping time.
