| 46 | PHASE-II (DURING DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD OF TWO YEARS)Comprehensive Maintenance including operating during defect liability period for AMI System. This include the following items:(a) Monthly sim charges for the DCU/ meters. The contractor would ensure supply of appropriate SIMs to ensure necessary signal availability. The contractor would change the sim or sim provider as required. In case of network issues, the contractor would liaise with telecom service providers for necessary resolution.(b) Recurring SMS charges. The SMS would be issued for the payments alerts, low balance alerts and disconnection / connection alerts.(c) This would include necessary upgradations in the software such as support to the chrome browser changes, android version changes, iOS version changes. These changes happen on frequent basis and the software would support all the changes. |
