Tender For Repair/Maintenance Including Annual Maintenance Contract Of Lifts At Mh Bhopal Under Ge Bhopal; 1 Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of Lifts (04 Nos) by OEM or Authorised Partner of OEM(G+2 Floor) capacity each with travelling speed of 0.5 metre/sec to 1.5 metre/sec having SS car enclosure, microprocessor controlled with VVVF drive, simplex dual controlled operation with/without attendant, sliding SS doors, automatic rescue device including maintenance free battery, 3D infra-red sensor to the full height of door, built in announcing system without hand set (one in each car) installed at MH Bhopal under GE Bhopal; in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise consultancy (by OEM manufacturer or their authorised agent); by regularly examining lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipments, governor sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing/contact/governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal/fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, etc including replacement of all defective /spares parts other than mentionede.g. wires, lugs, nut bolts, screws, hand rails, light luminaries, ventilating fan, holder, lubricant, gear oil, air cord, landing wheel air cord wheel, rubber bush, rail guide shoe, all types of control panel & all type of their cards and software i.e. Air communication card, TTU card, computer card, hardware card, PCB, etc including welding, cutting, drilling etc and any other items required for smooth functioning of lifts for following lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(a) 20 Passenger/1360 KG -02 Nos (OTIS) with machine room machine Sr No-676/7015/LF-15 and 676/7016LF-15. NOTE: (a) The work under this contract shall be carried out through OEM of the lifts or their authorised agents complete all as described in Sch, special conditions, particular specification, MES SSR and as directed by GE / Engineer-in-charge.(b) The Contractor shall enter into a MOU with the OEM for ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT for maintenance of lift. The MOU for the post warranty/ post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall also be submitted prior to the commencement of work.(c) The cost of all replaced defective parts and spares, other than mentioned is deemed to be included in quoted unit rates and nothing extra will be paid to the OEM/Authorised partner of OEM on this account.(d) The comprehensive/preventive/periodical maintenance includes weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly inspection testing as per service manual in presence of JE E/M & MH Bhopal REP as given in PS. The inspection/ test report will be submitted to Engineer-in-charge before payment of RAR.(e) The complete records of replaced spare parts, other than mentioned will be maintained and will be produced to Engineer-in-Charge on monthly basis or as and when asked to produce the same.(f) The AMC shall become in force immediately after issue of work order No 01. The lifts will be handed over to contractor in as and when condition and cost of all kind of repair/replacement of item to make it fully functional other than mentioned is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor on this account.(g) If the OEM or Authorised partner or Contractor fails to carry out minor repair / replacement and to keep the lift in running condition within 04 hrs., the contractor shall pay penalty charges as under:(i) Upto 12 hours - Rs 500.00/HR(ii) Above 12 hours and upto 24 hours - Rs1000.00/HR(iii) Above 24 hours - Rs1500.00 /HR(h) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor on this account.
