Request For Proposal For Selection Of Agencies For Providing Outsourced Manpower For Performing And Managing Day To Day Activities Related To Sanitation Work For Nagar Parishad, Dhaka (East Champaran)-1 Remuneration for supply of manpower for door-to-door garbage collection (2 persons per 200 households) 2 Remuneration for supply of manpower for street sweeping (Road density is the indicator of built-up properties adjacent to the road) 2.1 2 persons per 1 km road (both sides) for low and medium density road. 2.2 3 Person per 1000 Running Meters for High Density Road (Market, Commercial Area) 3 Remuneration for supply of manpower for Surface Drain Cleaning Team: 3.1 ULB: Nagar Parishad 1 team (5 members per team) for every 10 ward 4 Remuneration for supply of manpower for Vehicle Team: 4.1 Small Tipper - 1 tipper (1 driver + 2 assistants) for 2,000 households (10,000 population + 5) 4.2 Tractor 1 tractor (1 driver + 2 assistants) for 2,000 households (10,000 population + 5) 4.3 Back Hoe Loader 1 Back Hoe Loader (1 driver + 1 assistant) for 10,000 households (50,000 population + 5) 4.4 Hyva Tipper 1 Hyva Tipper (1 driver + 1 assistant) for 10,000 households (50,000 population + 5) 4.5 Pushcart/ Tricycle/ Wheel Barrow (1 Person for each) Congested area- 1vehicle per 300 household Medium density area- 1 vehicle per 200 household Scattered area- 1vehicle per 100 household 5 Remuneration to Supervisor 5.1 ULB: Nagar Parishad - 1 Supervisor per Ward 6 Fogging Machine-1 machine (1 operator + 1 assistant) for 10,000 households, (1 Fogging Machine upto 50,000 population and additional one Fogging Machine for every additional 50,000 population) 7 Quick Response Team (QRT) 1 team for every Nagar Panchayat & Parishad and 2 Teams for Nagar Nigam (1 Supervisor, 1 Driver, 3 Assistant per team) 8 Toll-Free Number/Swachhta App/ Other Mechanism - 2 shifts (2 persons per shift, total 4 persons) per ULB.
