Tender For Repair Maintenance Of Winter Appliances Under Ge (W) Jrc.; 1 Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power) complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for taking down unserviceable geyser of capacity 25 litre storage type, disconnecting necessary connection for repairing including re-fixing the same after repair & reconnection & testing as directed. Note :- Thermostat switch, Geyser assembly, Geyser elements, bottom cover etc. if replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 3 All as per srl item No 02 here-in-before but geyser of capacity 50 litres complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Attending complaint for rectification of defects of Geyser and making the Geyser ready for re-use (All spare parts, wire, plug etc) will be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in- after all as specified and as directed.NOTES:-(i) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of necessary T&P, ladder, Vehicle and desired numbers of well qualified persons with attendant having sufficient experience of work for electrical equipment’s fittings and fixture.(ii)The safety of persons/helpers engaged in execution of this item shall be solely responsibility of the contractor and necessary insurance of these persons should be done and copy of same should be submitted to GE.iii) All measurements shall be recorded indicating Complaint No., date, Location, Date of redressal with regard to Quantity.(iv)Contractor shall employ minimum 02 x Elect with Helper to attend complaints of married & OTM accn from 0900 hrs to 1730 hrs including sunday & holiday. 5 Supply and fix in replacement Geysers assembly of stainless steel along with PVC rubber washer suitable for Geyser of Capacity 25 litres any make as requiredincluding taking out the old unserviceable assembly from the geysers complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Supply and fix in replacement Geysers assembly of stainless steel along with PVC rubber washer suitable for Geyser of Capacity 50 litres any make as requiredincluding taking out the old unserviceable assembly from the geysers complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Supply and fix in replacement heating element 2000 watts of suitable shape/size(cup type/traingle type/Threaded type) with PVC/ rubber washer & clampincluding taking out the old unserviceable heating elementfrom the geysers complete all as specified and directed. Make: Thermo king/Theeta/Daspass/ Lazer. 8 Supply and fix in replacement Geyser assembly along with heating element 2000W & Thermostatas required for Geyser of capacity 25 Ltr and Make : Bajaj / as per Sample complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply and fix in replacement; anchor fastner of size 75mm long 8mm dia complete with nut and washers for fixing geyser’s complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Supply and fix in replacement; thermostat switch suitable for storage type Geysers 25/50 ltr as required shape and size complete including taking out the old unserviceable switchfrom the geysers complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Bajaj / Recold / Ditz /Sphere top. 11 Supply and fix in replacement Neon lamp indicator red/green colour of circular/rectangular shape as suitable and as per sample including taking out the old unserviceable lampsfrom the geysers complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Replacement inner shell (inner tank) made out of stainless steel sheet 20 guage suitable for 25 /35 Ltr electric water heater in existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed. 13 Replacement inner shell (inner tank) made out of stainless steel sheet 20 guage suitable for 50 Ltr electric water heater in existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fix in replacement PVC connection 45cm (confirming to ISI)long wire woven with nickel plated brass adopter, both side threaded in standard length to suit the geyser assembly for 15mm bore including taking out the old unserviceable connection complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Material and Labourfor Point wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) single core PVCinsulated unsheathed FRLS cable, multi-stranded, copper conductor, with universal colour code in existing conduit with existing sunk pressed steel terminal boxes providing 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover or as existing including PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire of 2.5 Sq.mm size in green colour, cutting chases andmaking good the disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 complete all asspecified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Switch/ Socket are to be measured and paid separately) 16 Supply and fix in replacement; sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top, single pole and neutral with a two pin earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB-20 Amps 240 Volts including taking out the old unserviceable sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Supply and fix in replacement socket outlet flush type 2-in-1, 6 pins, 15 Amps multipurpose includingtaking down old unserviceable socketfrom the existing board complete all as specified and directed. 18 Supply and fix in replacement top plug, 3 Pin, 15 Amps including taking down old unserviceable top plug complete all as specified.Make : Havells/ SSK/ Anchor 19 Supply and fix in replacement switch piano flush type 15 Amps, single pole one-way, includingtaking down old unserviceableswitch from the existing board complete all as specified and directed. 20 Supply and fixing socket plug top suitable for metal socket 20 Amps including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.
