    Tender For Proposed Interior Renovation Works For Deccan & Golconda Conference Room At Internal Audit Department, Lingampally, Hyderabad Providing and fixing 12.5mm thick Gypsum Ceiling Board False Ceiling in horizontal, vertical surfaces moulded corners & offsets as per architectural drawing which shall include providing and fixing roll formed G.I. perimeter channels of sizes27x.5mm thick having one flange of 30mm along the perimeter of the ceiling fixed to the brick wall or partition with help of raw plug or screw including ending of G.I.intermediate channels of size 45x9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm thick each from the soffit @1200mm c/c with steel /G.I.hanger of width 25mm & 0.5mm thickness fixed to soffit with G.I.cleat & steel expansion fasteners of 0.5mm thickness having knurled wedge of 51.5mm, two flanges of 26mm each with tips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of converting clips in a direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel of 350mm c/c 12.5mm taper edge gypsum plaster board confirming to I.S.: 2095,1982 shall be screwed at 230mm c/c with screw fixing done mechanically with suitable attachment of the tapered & squared edges of the boards as recommended by the manufacturer finished with two or more coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer. Item includes extra frame work for necessary hatch doors/ opening up to 600mmx600mm or as per requirement with 19mm commercial board wherever required including necessary brass hinges, screws & finish smooth as directed The rate shall include the cost of extra frames for A.C openings light fixtures, speakers & coves etc. Complete to the satisfaction of Architect/ BanksEngineer. Note: Only horizontal base area shall be measurement for payments. Make Gypsum Board- Saint Gobain, Boral, Sakrani GI Channel - Gyp steel/IGL/Diamond/Ultra Paint - Berger/ Asian/ Nerolac
