    Tender Details

    Tender For Procurement Of Wave Generator Compatibility with Existing Flume – The wave generator shall be designed to be mounted on an existing flume having internal dimensions of 1.0 m (Width) × 0.8 m (Height).  The system must allow for easy installation and removal on/from the flume without causing any structural damage to either the flume or the wave generator. The mounting arrangement should be robust, non-invasive, and ensure proper alignment during operation.  The wave generator must be capable of operating effectively under varying current and discharge conditions within the flume. It should allow adjustment of wave height and wave length corresponding to a given discharge. These parameters (wave height and wave length) must be modifiable dynamically during ongoing experiments to simulate various flow scenarios  Wave generator should be Paddle type or an equivalent type which shall be capable of providing stable wave height and wavelength.  Motor should be Variable speed AC motor 5HP, 1400 to 1500 RPM with VFD to control frequency manually or by computer signal.
