ITEM No. 1 :- Bamboo Fibre Composite Tiling system with High Traffic bearable coating. Providing and fixing in position Bamboo Fibre Composite Tiling system (Made in India) with planks of size 13.5 millimetre thick, 1880 millimetre length (minimum) and 131 millimetre wide (minimum), in colour, texture and finish. The tile shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, and are to be installed with PVA resin glue with underlayment of 4 millimetre thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets having density 18 kg/ cum, over prepared surface. The tiles should be coated with High resistance to traffic Eco friendly UV coating with Hydra based synthetic stains for durability along with necessary accessories, wherever required all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 2 :- Bamboo Fibre Composite 3D Panel cladding Providing and fixing of Bamboo Fibre Composite 3D Panel cladding system (made in India), comprising of 3D planks having 128 millimetre width and 1850 millimetre length. The Panels are to be of 12 millimetre thick, 3D pattern in longitudinal fashion. Panels are to be installed side by side matching its overlapping leap over each other. The 3D Panels are to be mounted on the metal structure to be created to suite the site by taking necessary supports from the Main structure/ wall of the building. The customised support structure will be made up of MS channel. The length of MS Channel is to alter/elongated as per the site requirement. The section is to be mounted using Mounting bracket, made of plated MS material. The panels will be held in a position using Z-clips, one edge of which will hold panel in position and opposite edge will be screwed to the structure. The cladding shall be laid over backlayment of 1.00 millimetre thick expanded polyethylene foam of density 18kg/cum in two layers, first layer on wall surface before fixing metal frame and second layer on frame under cladding. The Panels are to be coated with Hydrophobic moisture resistant eco friendly coating, all the edges are to be finished using customised accessories all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
