Tender For Civil Works For Construction Of 01 No. 33 Kv Bay (Lakhwaya Bay) At 132 Kv S/S Vedvyaspuri, Meerut. - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:(6.1.1) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 11 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 12 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.(5.22.6)-Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 13 Supplyof 25 mm dia.M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and setout with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work. (labour rates only) . 15 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.(10.25.2)In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 16 Fixing and grouting of trench edging in proper level andalignment including cost of all labour, and T&P etc. required forproper completion of the work but excluding cost of C.C. (labour rates only) . 17 Fixing of template in position level and alignment for groutingof Anchor bolt auxiliary structure. (labour rate only). 18 Fixing of cable trench racks in proper position and alignment including cost of all labour, material and T&Petc. required for proper completion of the work (Labour rate only). 19 Fabrication of template for auxiliary foundations including cost of all labour, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Steel shall be arranged by contractor free of cost. This template shall be property of contractor.(Labour rate only) 20 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 21 6 mm cement plaster of mix :(13.16.1)1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) 22 2.5 cm thick 1:1.5:3 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm graded approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work. without base CC 23 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :(13.62.1)Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture 24 Painting letters & number over cable trench cover or other places with the help of stencils including painting of base of 150 mm. dia of one coat of primer and two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint size of letter to be 60 mm. x 10 mm. including cost of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including placing of Trench covers in required position 25 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.(15.2.2)Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 27 Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
