Tender For Repair/renovation work of link road from Parwaha to Seeganpur (Length-2.20 Km) - Construction of subgrade and Earthen shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approve material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Tevhnical specification clause 303.1 2 Providing, laying , spreading and compacting 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405. 3 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10at the rate of @ 0.30 Kg on prepared bituminous. surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause.503 4 Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or type B or type C as per Technical specification clause 508. 5 Providing and applying sealcoat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification clause 510 6 Providing and fixing of reflective sign board with 1.6 mm thick m.s.sheet coverd with 50x50x6 mm angle iron around the plate on M.S pole 100 mm dia with wall thickness of 7.10 mm weight 20 kg per meter and painting & writting latter of bord as per drawing. 7 Dry Stone Pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete 8 Maintenance of bituminous surface road and gravel or WBm road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc.restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop standing tree at adjacent to road wherever cutting of branches of tree, shurb and trimming of grass and weeds etc mentioned in GO No. 55 12022/187/23-9-2022-02 Nabard / 2021 Dt 28.04.20022 & Enc lettere no 14 BDD-1 (NH)/40 MT-11/ 2024dated 03.01.2024 subjected to approval from Govt.
