The job includes cleaning of channel by removing of floating material outside from the channel by bucket, heavy rope and pump arrangement i/c providing/fixing of gunny bags for avoid the leakage water by manual labour and other handling equipment as per site requirement. |
| 3 | Cleaning of complete bar screen by removing of sewage grit, dust with the help of water pressure, chemical processing, emery paper, wire brush and other scrubbing tools for making the complete cleaning for repairing purpose as per job requirement. |
| 4 | Dismantling / Removal of repairable parts like comb assembly one by one (3nos), chain, shaft, sprocket, chain guide, wiper plate, bracket and other parts from the bar screen after opening/cutting of all nut bolts, support with the help of SS cutting machine gas cutter, welding machine and re-fastening other fastener as per site requirement. |
| 5 | Strengthening of bar and maintain the gap as per standard of bar screen by fixing of every bar in exact groove with proper level and making alignment of all bar in equal sequence for easily and smooth working of all teeth of comb entering in the bar without any disturbance by using of SS welding process, SS cutting machine and fixing of SS nut bolts after making the hole with threads by using of drill machine and thread tools. The job includes making of straight position of all bend shape bar by using of hydraulic power machine and other required tools & tackles as per job requirement. |
| 6 | Repairing of gear box of bar screen by repairing of mechanical parts worm gear, worm shaft, making bearing seat in housing and at the shaft on both side, replacement of oil plate, oil seal, bearing 2 nos. includes the machining charge and lubrication. |
| 7 | Repairing of SS shaft of wiper assembly by making sheet on both sides with the help of lath machine and making straight position the job i/c alignment of wiper assembly with shaft for smooth working as per job requirement. |
