Taking all required safety measures and items for man and materials for above said work including all the required safety measures as per the guide lines issued by NHRC/NGT etc. and all the required works, materials, arrangements, tools & tackles, workmanship, etc. and as per the site requirement, remodeling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect satisfactorily

Disconnecting all electric connections and decoupling the motor from the pump from suction and delivery system by using gas cutter set and manual labour as per site requirements

Dismantling the pump set from the base frame by cutting and Closing of Suction & Delivery side sluice valve providing fixing of blind flange of suitable size for stopping of water leakage on suction and delivery dismantling the pump by cutting of nut bold with the help of proper logistic arrangement and taking out the pumps set from the foundation to floor label of pump house with taking off all safety measures as per site requirement.

Removing of worn out MS base frame from RCC foundation by cutting foundation bolts with gas cutter/ welding set etc. and lifting it out by crane to ground level from dry sump and shifting it to the suitable place as per direction of engineer incharge.

Repairing/Strengtheningof RCC foundation by the size of 2.6 x 1.6 x 0.9 meter of by 1:2:4 concrete cement concrete for Repairing of damaged portion of civil foundation and giving the strength to the foundation.

Providing/ fixing of 8 Nos. S.S. foundation bolts of size 300X25 mm in pocket By proper rcc with proper support and filling of cc in ratio 1 :2 :4 for grip of Foundation Bolt in CC structure for proper mixing and required civil work with proper lavelling.

Providing/Fixing of M. S. Base Frame of 8.5/6 mgd pump set coupled with 115/93 kw slipring type induction motor size 2300mm X 1200mm with heavy duty ISMC 250x80 for supporting/connection with ISMC in 5 part, andMS blockof size 1.75 x.35 feet with 15 mm thickness plate for foundation of the motor as per existing base frame

Re-installation and refitting the pump set with coupling as per original position with proper alignment and also making of all electrical connections etc.

Repairing of Rolling Shutter of size approx. (12 X 14 Ft) of pump house work including overhauling of shutter replacement of damage strips and Spring for strengthening in proper size as per site requirement with civil work complete in all respect as per site requirement.

Testing and commissioning of pump set on full load after completionthe successful work.
