Tender For Estimate For Renovation Of Canal Service Road Of Mahokhar Minor From Km. 0.000 To Km. 0.500. - GSB Grading 1 Construction of granular sub-base providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place mathod with rotavator at OMC and comacting with smooth whell roller to achive the desired density complete as per technical specification clause 401 as per direction by engg-incharge including cost of allmaterial, labour, T&P etc. 2 WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying spreading and compaction stone aggregates of 45-63 mm specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling withsmooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone sceeing/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading as per technical specification clause 405 as per direction by engg-incharge including cost of allmaterial, labour, T&P etc. 3 WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading compacting stone aggregate of specific size (22.4mm to 53mm) (W.B.M.-G-III) in base coat to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness (compacted 75mm, loose 100mm)hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to required density as per direction by engg-incharge including cost of allmaterial, labour, T&P etc. 4 Brick edging on both side of road with first class Bricks 8cm wide,12cm deep laid with mud mortaras per direction by engg-incharge including cost of allmaterial, labour, T&P etc. 5 Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion(SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface andspraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per direction by engg-incharge including cost of allmaterial, labour, T&P etc. 6 Providing & applying Tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen presser distributorat therate of 0.35 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granuiar surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per direction by engg-incharge including cost of allmaterial, labour, T&P etc. 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less then 200 tonne per hour laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades with paver 174 HP as per direction by engg-incharge including cost of allmaterial, labour, T&P etc. 8 Providing and laying premix seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.70 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade . as per direction by engg-incharge including cost of allmaterial, labour, T&P etc. 9 Earth Work in fillingon S/R daula & patari work for all type of soil with 1.5 mt. lift & lead upto 1.0 kmby Truck or Tractor Trolly with spreading, grading to required slope & compactionas per direction by engg-incharge including cost of allmaterial, labour, T&P etc.
