Excavation in foundation by manual means in ordinary soli (loan, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M, and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space betwene the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge of 30 M from the foundation trenches. for Building work only (Excluding Royalty)

Concrete with 4cm guage apporved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc . Required for proper completion of work.

R.C.C Work with cement approved coarse sand amd 2cm, gauge approved sotne grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and bindind the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proer completion of work, Binding wire of supplied by the contractor fee of cost. for footing

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in Foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1002, 1010 and 1202 .

Mild steel or iron work in small sizes such as trusses, built up gates, door, frames, record racks roof work, gates etc wrought to required form including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary, and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts and all cost of labour material T&P etc
