Providing, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of 5 Cusec X 10M Head Hc Pumping Unit No.1 Along With Allied Works And Electrification Of Lis Dai Chak.- 1 Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 cusec x 10m head HC pumping unit no.1 along with allied works and electrification of LIS Dai Chak. 2 Dismantling of Pumping unit no. 01 of LIS Daichak from RCC foundation block by means of complete dismantling from the suction and delivery lines by cutting of damaged/worn-out nuts and bolts using cutter and manual labour, and then de-coupling the pump and the motor, removing the electrical connections from the motor by using appropriate tools tackles. Dismantling the pump and motor individually from the base frame and then lifting of pump and motor with the help of chain pulley block and tripod stand using manual labour from its position and stacking them at an appropriate place. Removing the old damaged base frame from the RCC foundation block by means of cutting of damaged/worn-out foundation nuts and bolts using cutter and stacking at an appropriate place. Dismantling of the existing RCC foundation block of size (5x2.5x3.5)ft of pumping unit no.1 by means of complete dismantling of existing RCC foundation block using jack hammers, manual labour and then extraction of old RCC foundation material using manual labour and dumping the material up to a lead of 50m from the existing location using manual labour on head load. Job also includes manual excavation of earth for making earth pit for laying of foundation block. Construction of RCC foundation block of size (5 x 2.5 x 3.5) ft of pumping unit no.01 by providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete mix of specified grade including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement in 1:1.5:3 mix. Providing/fixing of6-No.s foundation bolts of size approx. 2.5ft made out of 25mm round bar with one side threaded and other end at the base grouted in RCC foundation block for holding base frame of pumping unit for vibration less operation. Job also includes providing/laying of iron mesh of size (4.5x2x3) ft of 12mm TMT steel bars and MS angle iron of 50x50x6mm by welding work for reinforcement and then filling the foundation with concrete and then placing of base frame on newly constructed RCC foundation block in proper alignment and sealed to the required position. Job also includes curing of the RCC foundation block for at least 7 days. Extraction of the suction/delivery pipes from the pump room walls where they are anchored. The extracted pipes are then to be shifted to a suitable stacking place away from the working area. The job includes fabrication of suitable no. of bends as per site conditions and then fitting these bends at suction and delivery ends of the pump by providing and fabrication of suitable no. of 200/250mm dia. flanges approx 18no.s.The job also includes fabrication of suction line by providing/fitting of new 200/250mm dia. M.S pipe 13mtrs (approx.) and delivery line M.S pipe 5mtrs (approx.) with the help of welding machine by providing and fitting flanges along with rubber sheet as per requirement. Alignment of suction and delivery pipes with the newly installed pumping unit-I at site. The job also includes providing/fitting of new sluice valve and reflux valve 200/250mm dia. each of reputed make in the delivery pipe at the suitable place. The job also includes providing/fitting of 2no.s new foot valves i.e 200/ 250mm dia. of reputed make for pumping unit no.1 and 250mm dia. for unit no. 2 by providing and fabrication of the flanges at suction end of pumping units at LIS Daichak. Thickness of the M.S pipe should be 6mm and of reputed make .The job includes providing/fitting of suitable expander/reducer and suitable no. of flanges which may vary as per site requirement for properly connecting the end of delivery pipe. Testing of the newly installed pump set along with suction and delivery lines and voltage stabilizer installed at site along with newly fitted control valves. Any alteration required during the execution of the job will be done by the firm itself in consultation with site in charge. The firm should quote rebate on old damaged pipes, base frame and valves excluding pump motor. The job further includes shifting the dismantled pump motor set from the respective place to the divisional stores of MID Jammu by employing hydraulic crane/manual labour. Marking : Stabilizer shall be marked with manufacturer’s name and trade mark on the plate fitted on the stabilizer indicating rating in KVA, range of input and output voltage, rated output current, frequency, number of phase, type of load viz. unbalanced input and balanced load, quantity of transformer oil and also the reference to the IS: standard.11. Testing: The testing of voltage stabilizers shall be conducted as per IS: 8447 of 1989 and IS: 302. The tests to be conducted at the manufacturer’s facility and test certificate to be provided to the department at the time of installation.12. Painting: Painting shall be done on voltage stabilizer in steel grey or light blue shade.13. Installation & Commissioning: The firm shall get the stabilizer installed inside the pump Room at a suitable place by engaging technically skilled persons. Testing first on idle load and then on full load under the supervision of firms technically skilled persons and commissioning. Job also includes providing and fitting of 2no.s 30Watt LED flood lights along with requisite rating cables at suitable places at LIS. The complete job also includes dismantling of existing 50KVA voltage stabilizer installed at LIS Daichak by way of isolating the voltage stabilizer by disconnecting all the input and output electrical connections from stabilizer to control panel.The job further includes shifting the dismantled voltage stabilizer and pump motor etc. from the respective LIS to the road side, loading in the transport vehicle, carriage to the MID store in the mech. transport and then unloading in the store.Fitting of existing aluminium cable with providing fitting of suitable thimbles and insulation material between new stabilizer and control panel. The job includes cost of hire charges of crane, tools and tackles and engagement of skilled and semi-skilled labour.
