| 2 | Supply and installation of new JSW Coloron Plus color coated sheets with Total Coated Thickness (TCT) of 0.55 mm, having AZ150 GSM Al-Zn coating, and a minimum yield strength of 550 MPa, color-matched to Turquoise Blue. The sheets will be installed with 55mm HP Zylan Coated corrosion-resistant self-drilling screws on the crest, with sealing of side and end overlaps using butyl tapes and industrial PU sealants, ensuring complete water tightness and longevity under industrial exposure. | 4 | Supply and Installation of 3mm FRP Skylight Sheets: Installation of 3mm thick Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) translucent sheets in trapezoidal profile to match the roofing profile. Sheets will have a Solar Reflective Index (SRI) of ≥ 27 Percentage(27%), fastened with 55mm HP Zylan coated screws and EPDM washers for water tightness and UV resistance. |
| 5 | Supply and installation of 60 RM of rainwater gutters made of 0.55mm TCT Pre-Painted GI, aligned to ensure smooth flow and discharge. Gutters will be sealed at joints using PU Sealants (PU55 Grade) and backed with 100mm butyl tape for secondary protection. Gutters to be fixed using heavy-duty straps and supported at standard intervals. Includes outlet preparation to downtake pipes. |
| 6 | Supply and installation of 600mm diameter Turbo Ventilators, with matching base plates, fixed using Zylan coated fasteners and EPDM washers, ensuring passive ventilation across the roof span. |
| 7 | Dismantling of the existing roofing system including sheets, gutters, and accessories; segregating reusable materials; and stacking/disposal at designated locations. Work to be carried out with proper safety precautions, including edge protection and fall prevention |
| 8 | Deployment of certified safety personnel and equipment includes height pass certification, full PPE kits for all the deployed workers, safety nets (min of 02 no’s), helmets for all the deployed workers, Safety belt for all the height working people with full body harnesses, and daily tool-box training. Continuous monitoring and compliance ensured throughout execution Note:Contractor should handover all safety equipment’s to UCIL after completion of work. |
