Voltage stabilizer shall be mounted on 02 pairs of H/D MS wheels for making shifting/ fixing easy. Voltmeter/Ampere meter ISI make of Required Specification•Toggle Switch 03 No. for input/output reading of each face•Rotary Switches Of suitable Amp range each of 08steps•01 for Line voltage•02 for step down voltage 05 for step up voltage•Heavy duty terminal block for input/output terminal• The capacity of the oil tank should be indicated on the plate fitted on the stabilizer with maximum/minimum level indicator• Provision of earthling.• Lifting hooks should be provided at suitable position of stabilizer body for handling/lifting of the equipment.• Paint : Painting shall be enameled Green Color.Carriage of the voltage stabilizer along with transformer oil by using mechanical transport, by way of loading the same into vehicle by using crane/manual loading and then unloading at road site of LIS Karnailachak by using crane/manual labour and then shifting it to new 10’ X 10’ X10 new shed by way of using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour . The stabilizer should be filled with appropriate transformer oil of required quantity as per IS standard. Erection of stabilizer well in level & alignment on the pump room floor. The stabilizer shall be tested for all connected parameters / operation on no load, partial load and full load as well as with periodic observation and commissioned.Providing and fitting of 50 sq mm copper cable- (3 leads) for giving connections from 200 Amp main switch /MCCB to 100 KVAstabilizerand 3.5 core and 120 sq mm aluminum cable- (3 leads) from 100 KVAstabilize to Panel total cable 20 mtrs of length approximately and 25 sq. mm 10mtrs. copper cable for neutral connection. The job includes making of connections to the stabilizer with newly provided cable by providing/ fitting of thimbles, insulating and fixing. Fittingofnew 200 amp main switch HRC type along with suitable angle frame of MS angle with 04 no. cross arms fitted to the shed . The job involves fixing of main switch on the angle frame by drilling holes on the MS frame & p/f new fasteners/ required nuts and bolts. Giving all the incoming and outgoing electrical connection by p/f of thimble of appropriate rating/sizes and insulation complete at LIS Karnailachak. Complete job executed includes cost of material, fitment charges at site.Testing and Commissioning of Voltage stabilizer by making connections to incoming terminals and outgoing terminal of voltage stabilizer. Testing the performance of the stabilizer on no load and on full load.Markings: - Stabilizer should bemarked with manufacturer’s name and trade mark on the plate fitted on the stabilizer indicating rating in KVA, range of input and output voltage, rated output current, frequency, number of phases, type of load viz. unbalanced input and balanced load, quantity of transformer oil and also the reference to the IS: standard.******Design, fabrication and construction/ erection CGI shed of 10’x 10’x 10’ for lift irrigation station at Karnailachak .Excavation of 08 no.s trenches of size 1.5’x1.5’x3’ at appropriate places for erection of vertical sections and (1’widex1’height) up to the total length of all four side walls for laying of plinth and disposing of the excavated material to the permissible dumping site. Welding of 1’x1’ m s sheet of 4mm thickness at the bottom of the vertical post filling of plinth up to the height of 2’ (1’ in the ground and 1’above the ground) and erection of vertical post of 75x50 mm channel by Laying of 1:3:6 grade (1 cement: 3 sands: 6 aggregates) all along the plinth. Levelling of surface 10’x 10’ by filling/ compacting the earth, laying of layer of stones and compacting. Laying of 1:3:6 grade (1 cement: 3 sands: 6 aggregates) on the 10’x 10’ area up to required height. Also fixing the foundation bolts 06 no.s of appropriate size at suitable place of the floor for anchoring the base frame for diesel engine driven pump set. Curing of concrete structure for 5 days. The frame of the shed should be fabricated and welded out of 50 x 50 x 5 mm MS iron angle. The sides of frame must be grouted in concrete. Three number supports of 50 x 50 x 5 mm MS angle iron have to be welded between each side wall of frame. Two no.s cross members must be welded of same size to support the roof of the shed. Providing and fitting of 0.5 mm color coated profile sheet with aluminum zinc coating of ISI mark on the fabricated structure with nut, bolts/hooks and washers. The shed must be provided with door of suitable width and height for easy removal of pumping machinery for repairs and maintenance. The door should have heavy duty latch for locking arrangement. The shed must be provided with window of 3’width x 4’ height should be fabricated on side. The shed must have provision for inlet of suction pipe and outlet of delivery pipes. The roof of shed must be inclined from one side to prevent water logging.The also include placing the new 100 KVA voltage stabilizer inside the shed safelyBy using manual labour and crane if requiredalong with Electrification of shed by providing and fitting of 02 no. 50 watt LED light inside the shed , 03 no. led bulband 01 no. socket point and 01 no. ceiling fan . Providing and fitting 1/1.5 sq mm copper cable of required length for electric connections and all cables must be properly covered with PVC conduit and should not have any loose connections. Providing and fitting of 01 no DP on/off switch,03 no on/off switches for light/ socket point, switch board and bulb holder etc at LIS Karnailachak .Complete job includes cost of material, electrician charges. Consumable, handling, labour charges for both skilled /semi-skilled labour and hiring charges for Crane, welding/ cutting set, shuttering charges, tools and tackles required during the execution of the job at site.Note: - The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
