Providing /Fitting/ Installation and Testing of 07 cusec discharge 20m head HC pumpset forunit No.II along with electro-mechanical works and its electrificationat LIS Aijpur Trewa .- 1 Providing /Fitting/ Installation and Testing of 07 cusec discharge 20m head HC pumpset forunit No.II along with electro-mechanical works and its electrificationat LIS Aijpur Trewa . 2 Dismantling of the 7 cusec split casing pumping unit no II at lift irrigation station, Aijpur Trewa by way of demounting the pumping machinery from the bed plate after removing thepump, motor, electric connections, coupling pulleys, suction and delivery pipes and finally removing the base frame. Breaking the damaged RCC foundation block with the help of Chisel, concrete cutter, electric jack hammer, tools / tackles. Cutting of steel members with the help of cutter step wise during the process of breaking the RCC block and stacking.Completely removal of broken concrete, soil and tmt bars from pump room in such way that the machinery and electric equipments of other pumping machinery are not damaged/ affected. Disposalof dismantled foundation away from pumping room up to the distance of 100 m at such place where irrigation land and water sourceis not polluted.Laying of new RCC foundation block ofsizelength – 7 ftx width- 3 ftx depth- 3.5 ft by way of making surface even for laying of new RCC foundation block. Fabrication of steel mesh out of 10 mm TMT bars members placed vertically and horizontally at an equidistance of 6 inches. Laying of 6 inch concrete base at the bottom to level the surface.Placing of fabricated iron mesh in foundation pit and levelling / aligning it with the pumping unit. Fabrication and grouting of 6 No. foundation bolts of size 3 ft in foundation block.Laying of RCC foundation block of size 7ft x 3.0 ft x 3.5 ft by filling the concrete in the ratio of 1:1.5:3. The size of the block above the ground level should be of original size and alignment in respect of suction and delivery pipes. The block shall be filled with rich mixture of concrete with using vibrator for compaction. The entire block as one unit is to be laid in such a way that it can damp all types of mechanical vibrations created by dynamic load of pumping unit without causing any defect to the pumping unit as well as to the block itself. Fixing of the base frame after levelling and fastening with foundation bolts. Complete job includes cost of material such as cement, sand, steel, shuttering charges, charges for concrete mixture, vibrator chargesand labour charges of skilled as well as semi skilled labour, curing charges. Motor- Compatible with pumping unit and maximum 1490 rpm.Shifting of pumping unit from workshop to Lift irrigation station, Aijpur Trewaby carriage vehicle. Unloading of pumping unit at roadside using crane/ manual labour. Carriage of pumping unit to pump room by manual labour on head load. The base frame should be fabricated out of MS channels of totally welded construction and of sturdy design, adequate dimensions having true and machined surface suitable to with stand load and vibrations of machine. Base frame should have holes for fastening motor and pump. The base frame must be levelled to avoid any misalignment of pumping machinery.Fitting of new pump on the base frame, fastening of suction and delivery pipes with the pump assembly. Fitting and Installation of motor on base frame with help of chain pulley block, tripod stand and manual labour. Fitting the motor assembly with help of nuts, bolts and washers. Fitting of Coupling pulley to the pump and motor shaft, coupling the pump & motor assembly. Checking the alignment of the pump and motor assembly with the help of tools and tackles.Making electrical connectionwith the starter and testing of the pumpset at full load. Providing and fitting of 3ft-4ftsuction pipeline 300mmand2 ft, 250 mm delivery pipeline in order to match the alignment of the newly installed pump. Job includes cutting of already existing 3ft-4ftpipeline fromsuction side and 2 ft delivery pipeline and welding the new 3ft-4ft pipeline with suction side and 2ftpipeline on the delivery side of the pump making sure the proper alignment of the pump. The job also includes welding of new flanges with the newly installed pipelines. The firm should offer rebate on old damaged suction pipe, delivery pipe, old damaged flanges and base frame. The old damaged pump and motor needs to be shifted to the MID Store. The job might also include breaking of the pumping room wall on the suction side for replacement of new 3ft-4ft pipeline and then re-strengthening of the wall with the proper concrete mixture after the fitment of pipeline on suction side. Electrification of substation at Lift irrigation station Aijpur Trewa with providing and fitting of 1 number 50 watt LED lights of reputed make ( Philips/ Havells / Bajaj or reputed make). The job includes fitting of the LED light with already exisiting copper wire and on and off switch. Note:-The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions. 3 Rebate on Old Parts
