Tender For Repairs To Steel Furniture And Polishing Works And Painting To Steel Furniture Under Age (I) Suryalanka.; 1 S & F Locking Device including locking rods for Almirah large steel including removing of unserviceable locking device complete all as specified and directed. 2 S & F steel Handle 150mm long, for Almirah large steelincluding removing ofunserviceable Handle complete all as specified and directed. 3 S & F lock of size 65mm X 55mm universal type 6 lever made out of mild steel, powder coated for Almirah large steel/Almirah medium steelincluding removing of U/s lock complete all as specified and directed. 4 All as Item No 1 above but Almirah medium steel complete all as specified and directed. 5 S & F handle 100mm longof mild steel chromium plated for locker bed side steel including removing of U/s handle complete all as specified and directed. 6 S & F hasp and staple 75mm long mild steel chromium plated for locker bed side steel including removing of U/s hasp and staple complete all as specified and directed. 7 S & F drawer of Table Office size 310 x 144 x 410mm made out of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet with all the necessary cutting, moulding, make hole welding etc., and apply two coat of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer with spray painting compressor including removing unserviceable drawer, complete all as specified and directed. 8 S & F lock 3 way, 6 lever for table clerk steel including removing U/s drawer lock,complete all as specified and directed. 9 S & F in repair Top of table clerks steel of size 2 4 x 3and 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board with 4 mm thick around 2nd class HW edging complete all as specified and directed. 10 S & F writing pad of size 16 x 1 for Chair school made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board top openable with PVC edging (hinged on RHS screwed to 25 mm dia hollow steel pipe inserted in 20 mm MS rod welded to frame) including removing unserviceable top, complete all as specified and directed. 11 S & F in replacement of one piece PVC Back and seat (blow plast or equivalent ) for Chair School, complete all as specified, and as directed . 12 S & F in repair hard plastics shoe for Chair School, complete all as specified, and as directed . 13 S & F of existing frame of rack shoe steel made out of 25mm dia mild steel pipe with all necessary workmanship like cutting, bending making holes and welding including removing of unserviceable frame and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint black with spray compressor complete all as specified and directed. 14 S & F of shelves of rack shoe steel with all necessary workman ship like cutting bending making holes and welding including removing of unserviceable shelves and apply two coat of synthetic enamal paint black with spray compressor complete all as specified and directed. 15 S & F Seat of chair CB steel with arm made out of second class hard wood , including weaving plastic cane of 2mm wide boarder with 3mm wide, half round type godrej pattern, fitting seat on frame with self tapping screw neatly.
