Tender For Special Repairs Replacement Of Ht Ug Cable And Connected Accessories At Air Force Station Carnicobar.; 1 Supply, laying or passing through pipe HT, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel stripor wire armoured electric power cable conforming to IS:7098 (Pt-I)-1988, heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 Volts earthed grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core with necessary fixing arrangements such as lugs, glands and terminal etc including connecting/testing after taking out unserviceable HT UG cable from trenches/ polecomplete all as specified and directed.NOTE: Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. 2 Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmmto 95 Sqmm with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmmto 95 Sqmm with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmmto 95 Sqmm with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. 5 Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtrwide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for taking out and laying UG cable and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottomsurfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed. 6 Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part - I of size 180 mm outer dia and 152 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed 9 Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 25 X 4 mm by means ofnut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I(2009)Note: Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the following(a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (f) Testing of earthing. 10 M & L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required but 25x4mm galvanised iron strip all as directed by Engr-in-charge. 11 Material and Labour for 80 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc including clamps, nut, bolt and washers etc after taking out unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed. 12 M & L Cable route indicator comprising of CI wiser of size 100mm dia embossed as HT power cable fixed to MS angle iron of size 50x50x6mm graded stone aggregate of block size 300x300x450mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer including neceessay earth work complete all as specified and directed. 13 Taking down Triple pole mechanism completefrom the site, supply and install mechanically operated Air break (switch) made up of polymer insulated light weight type, mounted on 15 Nos insulator and steel frame,with opertaing mechanism worked from ground level with GI pipe medium grade ( operating rod of 25 mm bore GI Pipe and locking arrangements), for current rating upto 400 Amps and Air break (switch) insulator suitable for HT 11 KV out door type including drop out fuses and necessary silver coper coating jumpers and making all electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.Make : Atlas/GEC/Pactil or equivalent 14 S & F in repairs lightining arrester high tension,expulsion type,transmission class,discharge capacity 65 kilo ams suitable for 11000 Volt supply complete with all fitting suitable discharge capacity including necessary fixing arrangements made out of MS angle/flats,nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed 15 S&F in repair for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers, nut size 150 mm height 150mm dia, 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L in repair of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shapes size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, and one under coat and one finished coat of aluminium paint incl dismantling of old unsv complete all as specified. 17 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Materialand Labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded granite stone aggrgate as floor and other similar type of work, laid in panels and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth Without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs.41950.00NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 41950.00 as ratein Green field under Col-13.
