Tender For Provision Of Ceiling Fan, Exhaust Fan, Wall Mounted Fan And Desert Cooler Against Deficiency At Hq Cif(R) Under Age(I) Cif (R).; 1 Supply, fixing and testing of BEE 5 star rated super energy efficient ceiling fan with double ball bearing 1200mm sweep having 3 blades, sown rod, canopies, shackles, 230volt, single phase suitable for input voltage range 140-285 volt AC, 50 Hz with minimum air delivery of 210 CMM, including connecting it through 1.5 Sqmm 3 core cable upto ceiling rose mount complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 S&F of exhaust fan made of strong metal body and rust proof blades complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of minimum 300 mm sweep including connecting with multi core cable upto ceiling rose including cost of making arrangements to install the fan such as ply wood piece duly round cut suitable for fan size, fasteners etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge 3 S&F of exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic completed with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 200 mmm including connecting with multi core cable upto ceiling rose including cost of making arrangements to install the fan such as ply wood piece duly round cut suitable for fan size, fasteners etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge 4 Supply, fixing and testing of BEE 5 star rated energy efficient High speed wall fan of minimum 450 mm sweep, 220-240V single phase AC, 50HZ with minimum motor speed of 1300 RPM and minumum Air delivery of 100 Cum/Min including aerodynamically designed Blades for high air thrust and 90 degree side-to-side oscillation, 20 degree Up-Down tilt machanism, Pull-cord machanism for speed & oscillation control, bracket for wall mounting, Guard including multi cored cable connection upto ceiling rose or socket as specified and directed. 5 M&L for point wiring with 1.50 sqmm in copper conductor cable (multistrand) FRLSH single core PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade in PVC casing caping ISI marked by means of PVC rowl plugs fasteners with cadmium plated screws all as per IS including hard wood board and 3mm thick lanimanted sheet top covers with all accessories i.e PVCL, T + shape, PVC gutties/screws etc terminated in PVC box suitable for modular type switche/Sockets/fan regulators etc and continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm copper cable PVC insulated FRLSH controlled by one switch for one light/fan/sockets point/all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge in ceiling Porttion surface conduit wiring to be done NOte : i) Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCBs in DBs without any extra cost ii) Electric rewiring should be done in proper colour coding i.e Red for phase, Black for neutral and Greeen for Earth. iii) Necessity cutting chasing where ever required shall be part of job & making good the disturbed surfaces shall be part of job 6 All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 amp on independent board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Supply and fixing of modular switch single pole one way6 Amps 1 module complete all as specified and directed 8 S&F of modular type socket 6 A-2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed. 9 S&F of modular fan regulator, electronic step type heavy duty modular 2 module230 volts, 120 watt complete all as specified and as directed. 10 S&F of ceiling rose, surface bakelite 65x50mm two to three terminals PVC/Polycarbonate isolated body fixed on PVC block, complete all as specified and directed 11 S&F down rod 15 mm dia and length upto 0.80 Mtr of GI pipe suitable for hanging of ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep including necessary accessories such as hook, nut bolts etc incl threading work as per site requirement, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven 230 Volts, 50 Hz, single phase, AC, having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 Cum per hour (or nearest size) with all accessories like water pump, (Plastic body) with 120Ltr water tank capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
