Up-Gradation Of Chc Hiranagar, Kathua Boq- 1 Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantledmaterials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L. 3 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means includingstacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including material , labourall leads , lifts and carriage of material by MT/HL. 5 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 6 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 7 Extra for half Brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. 8 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) including material , labourall leads , lifts and carriage of material by MT/HL. 9 6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)incl. alllifts, carriage of material by MT/HL. 10 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) overand including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 11 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade onNew work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over andincluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) 12 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint andthe like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smoothincluding necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 13 Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqmand under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out jointsand preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement basedpolymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, allcomplete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 14 Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface toprepare the surface even and smooth complete 1 mm thick 15 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureof required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work. 16 Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.(i) Single socketed pipes 75 mm diametre 17 Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire guage shutters using galvanised M.S. wire guage of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both direction with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S pressed but hinges bright finished butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, in Second Class Deodar Wood 18 Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 35 mm 2nd class deodar wood 19 Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured).
