Tender For Provision And Development Of Arboriculture Work Near Officer Map Phase-Ii At Air Force Station Jammu Under Ge (Af) Jammu.; 1 M&L for Surface dressing of loose/soft soil, n exc 15cm deep,cleaning/removel of all inorganic/unwanted material from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2 M&L for spreading and levelling of soil in layers n exc .25 cm thick in required camber /slope including making of soil hump upto the required hight complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3 M&L for establishment of lawn including preparing soil by digging of soil applying herbicide (as per manufacturers instruction) including manuring/ gertilizing (lime @ 60 gm/sqm and mustard pulp @ 75 gm/sqm) cultivation of grass (doob grass Selection 1) of approved quality and clean up the dead grass levelling lawn surface with hand roller etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4 M&L for Lawn Grass Seeds for garden and playground, carpet grass seed including preparing and spreading of seeds where required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. 5 Excavating pits in any type of soil including plantation of shrubs/saplings and trees of selected species by refilling the pits with approved fertile soil mixed with available excavated soil and manure (compost/cattle dung) in the ratio (2:1) dosing refilled pits with antitermite treatment using chloropyrophos 50%EC @ 100ml per cum,watering and removal of surplus excavated spoil to a distance exc 50m but n. exc 250m depositing etc complete including bringing up the plantation properly all as specified and directed for following pit sizes,NOTE:-1. broken stone aggregate/ boulders to gauge exc 63 mm but n exc 100mm ,deposited , spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 thick watered and well rammed to true surfaces as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 18 M & L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M & L for formwork to flat finished surface of sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 20 M & L for Formwork tosquare/reactangular sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchionscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 21 M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix as in foundation,including raft, footing foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc basement slab, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 22 M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix as incolumns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 23 M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 24 Description all as per serial item No 18above but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm diain stirrups, spacers and binders etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 26 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces on walls mixed with integral liquid WPC by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : WPC shall be measured and paid in respective item of WPC. 27 M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Square metre but not exceeding 0.11 Square metre, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tilescomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 28 M & L forglazed ceramic tiles coloured (350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm) for works on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados of economy class B-III conforming to IS-13712 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thickin cement mortar 1:3, as in backing layer without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 29 M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, kurb stone copingcillas similarbends Plinth course , rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 30 M&L forprecast cemented glazed jalli of any size,colour and pattern as approved by GE set in CM 1:4 etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 31 M&L for precast cemented designer type tile any thickness and size also design,colour and pattern should be approved by GE set,jointed and pointed in net cement slurry in floors, and cut and,laid over 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge 32 M&L for red stone parking tiles Size : 2x2 feet(600x600 mm) size, design and pattern as approved by GE set in lawn and ground with CM 1:4 or as per requirement of ground etc complete all as specified and directed. 33 M&L forProviding and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Before execution of above mentioned item it is compulsary to make good the existing surface of PCC so that paver block could be fixed properly and no extra cost will be bourn by department. 34 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 35 M & L for preapartion on new surface of wall,applying Finishing walls withpremium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm including filling gaps with putty as per requirement.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. 36 Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 5 KM above the starting point Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 37 Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..
