Tender For Certain Repair To Hardstanding And Other Misc Works At 41 Weu A Khasa And Various Units Of 230Su; 1 M&L for preparation of surface by removal of any type of existing roof treatment (brick tiles, mud Phuska, PCC, tar felt etc) in any number of layer up to original RCC roof top slab surface, including demolition of PCC coping etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush,and other necessary tools , disposal of debris outside the defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and applying first coat fibre reinforced elastometric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun reflective index (SRI) of 100-1110, having minimum elongation of 350% tensile strength of 2.9 Mpa and shall have crack bridging ability upto2.5 mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic prssure reduces surface temprature upto 10 degre celsius with 33% dilution of priming coat , laying of fibre mesh of .3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45GSM /sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry . Apply second coat of undiluted @0.45 ltr/sqm . Applying third and final undiluted coat @ .45 ltr/sqm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note :- (i)Ponding test shall be done after application of material and the cost is deemed to be inclusive. In case oif any leakage/failure the complete area of roof be treated again without any extra cost.(ii)The work of water proofing will be carriedout by authorized representative/applicator of the Manufacturer The necessary documents in this regard will be submitted & got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of work. 2 Note:-(a) Appliaction of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only as per MOU between tenderer and manufacturer of PU liquid water proofing membrane and their authorized appliactor complete all as specified and directed.(b) The contractor shall upload MOU between tenderer and manufacturer of PU liquid water proofing membrane and their authorized applicator at thje time of sample approval.Make : Asain Paints/ Berger paints/Sika/BASF/Pididlite/Dr. Fixit as per appendix attached .The Make shall be of same manufacturer of which the MOU signed and submitted by contractor. No change of make/ manufacturer other than MOU shall be allowed without the prior approval of Accepting officer.(c) Shifting/ removing of any wire/ cable/ AC unit or other any object as per site requirement and re-fixing the same if needed is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.(d) Total removal of vegetation/creepers/small plants/ roots from the top of the bldgs to facilitate the work of treatment is also deemed to be included in the rate of contractor. 3 Dismantling of wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . 4 S& F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . 5 S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing. 6 S&F 2mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet in marble pattern or any approved pattern in wall lining or cladding including all accessories in T & L powder coated beeding fixed to wall with solvent all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . 7 S & F 4-6 mm thick PVC hollow profile sheet as in wall pevelling incl all necessary frame work of clolur/ design as approved by Engr-in- Charge. 8 Supply and fixing bib tap long body in repair, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated,screwed down high pressure, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore dia, fixed as in repair, including removal of old to store for reuse or for credit,complete all as specified and directed. 9 Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed 10 M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggr as in sub base/foundation all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 11 Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved design & pattern and colour as in footpath , parks , lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling joints with sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand including coping at sides of tiles from PCC1:2:4 all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 12 M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggr as in foundation, filling and mass concrete to be laid in alternate bays specified and directed by engineer in charge. 13 Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
