Tender For Provision Of Black Top Approach Road Towards Jr Wg Children School Mamun In Mamun Mil Station.; 1 Rough excavation n.exc 1.5 m deep deep and getting out in soft/loose soil outside the MoD land complete all as specified & directed. 2 Removing excavated material to a distance exc 250m but not exc. 1.5KM and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified. 3 M&L forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rollingand consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller etc and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified. 4 Material and Labour for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones of size range 100mm to 50mm, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and consolidated to required gradient, complete all as specified. 5 Material and Labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Water Bound Macadam (WBM) (Limestone, sandstone, Flint or Quartzite) in two layers of 75mm consolidated thickness each with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber requiredwith 8 to 12 tonne power rollercomplete all as specified and directed. 6 Material and Labour for preparation of unsurfaced Water Bound Macadam (WBM) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bagsto remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed. 7 Material and Labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam of consolidated thickness (75mm or less) with paving bitumen any penetration rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using binder (Bitumen VG-30) content 4% by weight of total mix, mixed in HOT MIX PLANT and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The specifications of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Pt-I 8 Material and Labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with paving bitumen (Bitumen VG-30) any penetration rolled and compected to required camber and gradient using binder content 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in HOT MIX PLANT and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall quote his rates by considering binder content @5.5% of total mix by weight. However in case of any variation in weight of binder as per actual design mix, the same shall be paid by the contractor. 9 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m deep in soft/loose soil for foundation etc.etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc, and getting out,complete all as specified and directed. 10 Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified. 11 Material and Labour for cement concrete PCC (M-10) 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, bedding and haunching of hume pipes including necessary form work complete all as specified. 12 M&L for 600mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) of A1 type 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&Lfor TMTmildsteel bars10mm dia and over, cutto length, bentto shape required, including cranking, bendingspirallyforhooping for column, hookingendandbinding withandincludingmildsteelwire(annealed) not lessthan0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size) , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&Lfor15mm thickrenderingincementmortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished evenandfairon wall surface, (without using extra cement) including preparation of new surface and two coats of whitewash complete all as specified and directed.
