Tender For Special Repair To Chequered Tiles Around G Block Smqs At Camero Complex.; 1 Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced)in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness( below or above ground floor) and removing of debries out side of defence land complete all as specified and directed. 2 Dismantling of precast concrete paver block/chequered tiles and removing of debries out side of defence land complete all as specified and directed. complete all as speciified and directed 3 M&L for cement concrete in foundation,filling, sub base and mass concrete type D-2, 1:4:8,(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed. 4 M& L for 80 mm thick, M-40 grade machine pressed precast interlocking concrete coloured (Red/yellow) paver block over and including 30 mm thicksand cushioning in any shape and size with grey cement and pigment as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified anddirected 5 M& L for 60 mm thick, M-35 grade machine pressed precast interlocking concrete coloured (Red/yellow) paver block over and including 30 mm thicksand cushioning in any shape and size with grey cement and pigment as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified anddirected by the Engineer-in-Charge 6 M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles (rubber moulded with gloshy finishing) with grey cemet and pigments 30cm x30cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with 15mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6). complete all as specified and directed. 7 Laying only old interlocking tiles 60mm thick with and including 30mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old interlocking tiles will be obatined from item No 2 of BOQ 8 M & L for providing plaincement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate)as in copping/ roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamferd edges, including form workcomplete all as specified and directed 9 M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete factory made glazed kerb stone of any sizePCC (1:2:4) type B 0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) set and jointed in CM 1:4 including excavation,painting and removing complete all as specified and directed 10 Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&LBrickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius inhalf brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for rendering10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc includingfinished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 14 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F for Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors.ladders,framed balusters, walk ways, railings,drain cover,Manhole cover, framework of water tanks,Frame work for manhole cover,Handleand similar work conforming toFe- 290 n Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L Preparation of new/old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/ zinc chromate complete all as specified and directed.
