| 1 | Manning ang Operation for 09 Electrician (Skilled) for 22KV substation services to run theElectric supply installations in 3 shift per day with 03 Electrician (Skilled) per shift at various location such as MRS of INS shivajiand sub stationNo. 1 including NSBunder GE(I)Lonavala or the operatedElectrical eqpt/ HT< pannels/VCB Panel/GOD/RMU/APFC panel/street light box with DG set for Street light and all type HT< supply line etc.including Sunday /Holidays.Operating the ,Electric supply panels, street light pannels,APFC pannel,recording for voltage, Amp reading, availablity etc daily in Log sheet.and cleaning ofinstallation daily also andattend internal and externalcomplaints as per direction of engr-in-charge and daily basis generate for no light and fire incidence at night hours complete by user, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 01)-shift -0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs 02)-shift -1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs03)-shift -2200 Hrs to 0600 HrsNOTE FOR ITEM NO 1:- Rates quoted by the contractorshall be inclusive for the following items :- (a) Contractor shall provide two set of uniform with name plate, shoeetc (b)The log sheets will be maintained by the contractor in each installations contractor shall provide log book, Attendance register , plant running record book , and rate quotated by the contractor shall deeed to be included this quotated rate. (c)The site documents such as Log sheet, Attendance etc will be checked daily by JE, Weekly by Engineer in charge & Monthly by GE. (d) All installation and machinery equipement and other items belonging to the E&M installtion including safety shall be responseiblity of manpower employed by the contractor.(e) minor stores required shoulded be provided by the contractor.(f) Major stores required for rectification of complaints will be supplied by contractor as per schedule part- A items. |
| 2 | NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 Contd..(g) Break down or Shutdown fault creat by HT fault / LT fault on cable line or E&M installation,Fault will be resloved by contractor within 1-2 Hrs at day or Night in presence of Engineer-in-Charge otherwiseaction will be takenagianst contractor by department and If contractor is not given any response within one hours of any electric break down than department will be applied Rs 5000.00 charges every per hours after not respons by the contractor. (g) Contractor shall provide the all type ofT & P,vehicle,ledder,grass cutting machine and saftey items such as electric proofshoes and 22 KV hand gloves, body harnese/ safetybelt, helmetto electricianfor attending & rectification the internal / external electric complaints. (h) The contractor will be responsible for up keep the installations in neat and tidy condition and in a presentable manner . The surrounding of the installations/2pole/4pole structure area with grass/tree cutting as routing basiswill also be maintained neat and clean. The qoted rates shall include the up keep of surrounding area the installation out side peripheral area up to 06 mtr/ installations grass/ shurb cutting case the contractor fails to upkeep the the installations , he shall be liable to penalty @ Rs 500 per day for not up keep of the installations.(j) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/ Concerner state /Local body , which ever is higher also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employee towards Employees provident Fund (EPF), contribution towards Employees state Insurances corporation (ESIC), contribution of bonus and labour welfare cess (LWC) under respective headings/sub-items . |
| 3 | Repair/maintance of switch air break & DO switch , gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with 9 insulators of 22 KV rating upto 400 amps with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 amps 22 KV working pressure complete,below mentioned all work rate are deemed including this rate Note: 1) All rusted /non opreaded nut bolt replacement.(2) GOD opreaded handle to be welded as per requirment. (3) Operation rod as per requrment replace orto be welded. (4) conected acessories with AB & DO switch as per requiment repair/repalce. 5) all GOD acessories greaseing and alliment done as per requirment.6) Jumper/cable lux replace and refixing with copper lux and brass nut bolts as per site requirment. |
| 4 | Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m. |
| 5 | M& L for shifting and trasporting of Transformer for existing place to required site by crain including disconnetion from 22 KV HT side cable/jumpers also LT side cable as per direction of Engineer-in-ChargeNote:- 1)Transformer Electric connection disconnect and after shifting reconnection rate demeed including this rate. 2) contractor should be respond within one hours from contacted telephonically. 3) contractor should complete work with in 8 hrs from intimation by JE/Engr-in-charge failing which contractor will penelty of Rs 5000/- per Hrs is applicable. |
