Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Lift At Mumbai Area Under Ge (I) (Cg) Daman; 1 Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts/elevators/dumbwaiters installed in mumbai at various Complex as mentioned here-in-after, in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise consultancyby regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment incl replacement of unsv componenents such as, governor sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing / contact,governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons,car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal / fixtures, deflectors, counter weight, guide rails, buffers, machines motors, generators, door ropes, UPS/ARD system, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock brake shoes, liners, contactors, relays, coils, pushbuttons, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, cardoor safety device, limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, indicators and other machanical and electrical parts (excpet car cabin, landing door, sheave rim and Srl item No 02 to 09 of Sch A) for smooth functioning of elevators and incl all machine works i.e. welding, cutting, drilling, screwing, etc.as and when required, to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, incl cost of materials complete incl Sunday and holiday all as specified & directed for following Lift(s) / Elevator(s) - 2 8 pass Lifts in Mumbai area at Powai Area Bldg No 12, 16, 19 and worli(Total09 Nos) Make : Thyseen Krup Elevator (TKE) 3 08 Pass Lift at Panvel (Total 02 Nos)Make : Schindler 4 13 Pass Lift at Panvel (Total 02 Nos)Make : Schindler 5 10 Pass Lift at Tunga Bldg(Total 02 Nos)Make : KONE Elevator 6 Notes for item No. 1.00 to 1.04: (i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM of existing lifts.Please also refer Sch A Notes.(ii) The contractor shall have to submit MOU from OEM M/S Thyssen Krup Elevator Company India Ltd ( for Item No. 1.01 to 1.02), M/S OTIS Elevator (for Item No 1.03 to 1.04) & M/S Kone ELEVATOR INDIA Pvt Ltd (for Item No. 1.05).(iii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of T&P required for carrying out repairs, stationary for maintenance of recordall as specified.(iv) All the cleaning items (Dusting cloths, floor/Glass cleaner, SS steel cleaner, broom etc) shall be provided by the contractor and rates deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Otherwise a penalty of Rs. 100/- per day will be charged.(v)Any items not covered in Sch A shall be deemed to be included in this section for the smooth functioning of lifts and the contractor may quote the rate accordingly. Contractor is advised to inspect the lift before quoting the rate and Lifts will be handed over in the same condition. No claim will be admissible thereof.(vi)Contractor shall be attend complaints round the clock i.e. 24 hrs. If contractor is not able to rectify the complaint, penalty shall be charged as given below:-(a)up to 1st day- NIL(b)2nd day- Rs 1000/- day(c)Subsequency for every days - Rs 2000/day. 7 Notes for item No. 1.00 to 1.04 (contd.):-(vii) Contractor shall be responsible to register the day to day complaints of lifts and addressed the same with in the stipulated timeframe and the complaint registerwill be putup to the JE / Engr-in-charge on daily basis. (viii) The comprehensive / preventive / periodical maint incl fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly inspection / testing as per service manual or as per IS standard will be submitted to Engr-in-charge. (ix) Contractor shall submit safety security certificate of lifts from OEM in every month.(x) Adequate arrangements shall be made to dewatering the lift pit as and when water accumulates. Cost Should be included in the quoted rate. Otherwise penality of Rs 500 per day per lift will be recovered from the contractor.(xi) Contractor shall be responsible to update the imp tele number and safety precautions of inside the car cabin of each lifts and update the same time to time. 8 Supply & fix in replacement of SMF Battery12 V 12 AH complete all as specified & directed. 9 M&L in repair of Lift Car Fan / bloweras per existing type and sizecomplete all as specified & directed. 10 M&L Repair and adjsutment/alignment of car door and lift sills in safe and smooth manner incl welding, grouting, screw, nuts, bolt etc complete all as directed. 11 Disconnecting and Taking down unserviceable/Broken Fireman Switch Glass and supply and fix new fireman switch glass, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 Disconnecting and Taking down unserviceable/Faulty Car top Wiring and Supply & Connect & commisioning of new Car Top wiring, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 13 Supply and fix in repairLED 10 W recess light fitting inside elevator all as per existing type and size complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in-charge. 14 Supply & fix in replacementtravelling cable multistranded copper conductor of size 12 core 0.5 sqmm as per OEM all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 M&L for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick directly burried in ground (earth pit not less then 4Mtr deep below ground level with tope edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr belowthe ground level connected by GI Earth Strip of Size 25 x4 mm thick by means ofBolts, Nut,Check Nuts and Washer of GI or Steel GI Pipe 40mm Bore light grade for protection of earthing strip, PCC CHAMBER 1:4:8 TYPE D-1 using 20mm graded stone agg. Internal surfaces of chamber shall be plastered 12mm thick in CM 1:4 funnel with wire guage of22 guage(0.63mm) 8 mesh per linear inch, 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm grade stone agg. reinforced with 8mm dia TMT Bar @80mm C/C both ways and charcoal dust and common salt all as specified and shown in electrical plate No of 5 of SSR part-I including excavation of earth work, returning , filling, removing surplus soil not exc 50 m and connecting the earthing to an earthing test point as specified and testing on completion 16 Supply & fixGI strip 25 x 4 mm, buried in ground or fixed to wall with insulator and saddles etc for loop earthing. 17 Supply and fix in repairs 40 Amp, 300 mA, 4 pole RCBO C typeincluding removal of old unsv RCBO complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in-charge.
