Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Low Tension Electric System And Allied Work At Md Accn, Ctw, 262 Cedu, Fcbrnp At Cme Under Ge(Cme) Khadki.; 1 Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deepand making goodsurface for laying /removing of cable all as specified and directed by Engr in charge as in 2 (a) Soft/loose soil 3 (b) Hard/dense soil 4 (c) Soft/disintegrated rock. 5 Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified. 6 Removal of surplus excavated spoil to distance n exc 50metre all as specified and directed 7 M&L for clean dry river sand cushioning to undeground cables in trenches including spreading, leaveling hand punning and onsolidating complete all as specified. Note- thickness after punning down shall be measured and paid. 8 Supply & Laying in replacement of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 90 mm and inner dia 76 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cableincl couplers & bends complete all as specified. 9 Supply & Laying in replacement of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cableincl couplers & bends complete all as specified. 10 Supply and lay factory made, ISI marked, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type-1, falt of size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete all as specified. 11 M & L for bituminous road cutting to a width of 45 cm and depth 50 cm for laying ofpipe for laying of UG cables and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type cI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) 12 M & L in replacement errection in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut pole) steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers and screwed pole made out of FRW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 (Part-II) 1980 type 410-SP-31 ( 9 meters long ) pole including drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embeded in concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed. 13 M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/plinth blocks of poles etc incl fair finishing (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with cement / PCC. 61 Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium multistranded conductor of size 10 sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat or circular. 62 All as per item No 56 above but of size 6 Sqmm complee all as specified and directed. 63 All as per item No 56 above but of size 4 Sqmm complee all as specified and directed. 64 Taking out of Old ACB and Supply and fixing LT Air Circuit Breaker, 4 pole, manual fixedtype, 415 volt with thermal magnetic release of 630 Amp Ics=100% Icu, 50 kAneutral overload protection , inbuilt temp protection upto 90 degree Celcius, rotatable terminals for horizontal/vertical orientation, fast operation and fixing the same in existing panel including necessary modification with angle iron and plain sheet all as directed. 65 Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (precast) using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars of semi circular shape 15cm dia and 10cm thick duly engraved MES LT Cable having RCC pillar of size 10cm x 10cm x 60cm embeded 45cm below ground level and 15cm above ground level and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint on concrete surfaces above ground level including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 66 M & L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT Panelcovered by removing dust and other depositedmaterials frompanelof any size and type including repair of panel door by welding work, hinges, nut, bolits,clamp etc and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour complete all as specified. 67 MINI STATCOM AMC Non-Comprehensive Half yearly Maintenance Contract (AMC) for CTR Make 22 KV DYNAMIC HYBRID REACTIVE POWER COMPENSATION SYSTEM- MINISTATCOM installed at CME Khadki PuneThe contractor shall provide fully comprehensive maintenance from any one of the OEMs or authorized services dealer of OEMs intended to provide service. 68 The HYMC of mini statcom should include the following scope of work: Servicing/overhauling of MINISTATCON every months or as per site requirement to keep them in good condition, which includes the following works: - 1.1 Air cleaning with blower i/c cleaning of STATCOM Enclosure and Key Component. 1.2 Cleaning and assembling of Control Cabinet, HT Cabinet, etc. 1.3 Cleaning and tightening of each power reactor,1.4 Cleaning and assembling of All verticals of MINISTACOM. 1.5 Cleaning and tightening of every point of auxiliary and control unit connection block. 1.8 Physical inspection of main contact.1.9 Use of anti-corrosion spray where required.1.10 Physical inspection and setting of control system. 69 1.11 Inspection, cleaning and setting of tripping releases of Protection unit. 1.13 Checking and sealing of cable entry holes1.17 Applying petroleum jelly on cluster contact.1.18 Cleaning of all components of ACBs/VCB should be done with petrol and Contacts with CRC as per standard. 1.19 Touch up painting wherever required. 1.20 Final testing of the circuit breaker for its electrical/mechanical functions. 1.22 Checking breaker Operation (Local/Remote operation). 1.23 Checking and adjustment of Track alignment and Interlocking mechanism. 70 NOTE. A) Any complaint of MINISTATCOM has to attended free of cost within a specific period of time givenby Engineer in charge or his authorized representative.B) The breakdown maintenance or repair work has to be carried out free of cost with materials within a specific period of time given by Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative. The field service reports shall be submitted by the service engineer, for the fault attended & remedial action taken & suggestion /advices if any.C)The damaged/rusted or not working components has to be replaced free of cost with new one. 71 D)Providing all types of tools to carry out the work in time.E) Providing the cleaning materials like petrol, CRC, Collin, cloths, etcE)Routine inspections and checking of MINISTATCOM as per Standard of Company has to be carried out on Monthly basis and reports have to be submitted accordingly.G)All the work has to be carried out without hampering the utilities of premises
