Cylindrical & Roof Portion:- Work includes arrangement of scaffoldings inside the tank (concrete silo ) withpipes and clamps as per Indian Standard. Old rubber lining shall be removedcompletely from roof & cylindrical portioninside walls ,nipples, manholes, etc. All the surfaces shall be prepared by sand blasting andfresh Rubber lining of2 layers of 2.5 mm thickness ( final thickness 5 mm ) with soft rubber to be provided on the walls, nipples& manholes in the cylindrical &roof portion of the tankand curing it with steam/hot water to get a hardness of70°±5°shore-A. Waste material has to be transported to scrapyard and scaffolding tobe removed from the working area as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Rubber Lining Thickness : 5 mm

Old rubber lining shall be removedcompletely from the conical portion inside walls, nipples, manholes, etc. All the surfaces shall be prepared by sand blasting and fresh rubber lining of two layers of 5 mm thickness(Final thickness 10 mm) with soft rubber to be provided on the walls, nipples & manholesand curing it with steam/hot water to get a hardness of70°±5°shore-A. Waste material has to be transported to scrapyard area as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. . Rubber Lining Thickness : 10 mm
