Tender For Maintenance Of 1.50 Lakh slit Oht At Vattanam Road In Thondi Town Panchayat.; 1 Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B 2 PlainCement Concrete 1:4:8(One part of Cement, four part of sand, Eight part of aggregates) mixUsing 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28). 3 Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications 4 Earth beam 5 Column 6 Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc., Complete complying with standard specification in force per Kilogram. 7 Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - 8 Brickworkincementmortor1 : 5(One Cement and five Sand)usingbest quality of countrybricksof size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 3/4includingall costof materialsand Labour Charges including Curing charges etc., Complete as per standard specification. 9 Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one part of Cement andfive part of sand ) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications 10 Supplying fixing SteelGateincluding cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for laying ,curing, finishing etc Complete. 11 Painting thewalls with Two Coatsof Emulsion Paint over one coat ofprimer as instructed by the departmrntal officers includingPreparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floorscomplying with standard specification. 12 Providing and fixing ofRCC Hand rails in position of approved design for one metre heightincluding cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges to siteand other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification 13 Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver blockM40 grade Providing and laying of83mmthick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with Stone Dust cushion below the uniform shap of approvednon skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation ofpavers as sub base, Stone Dust cushion 150mm thick layingout of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,. 14 Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.
