Tender For Providing Cement Concrete Road At Veera Singh Street In Ward No.36.; 1 Providing Cement concrete road 2 Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10metresandlift of 2metres in all kinds of soil except mediumrock, dense medium rock and hard rock requiring blasting including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift. cleaning,levelling the site etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.20B) 3 Laying Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement,four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and basement including watering iffound necessary and laid inlayers of 15cm thick, and consolidated including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to work site all labour and incidental charges etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.28) 4 Providing steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1:10/1:20 up to 3.29m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee beams, bed blocks, Culvert body walls, deck slabs, retaining walls, staircase, Landing slab, landing beams, canopy etc., wood) joists of size 10cmx 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 15cm c/c including cost of nails, ropes, all labour charges and incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP Spl. No.154 A) 5 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour chargesetc., complete as per standard specification 6 Providing and fixing Bitumen Pad for Expansion joint in between pavement slabs to 12mm thick and fixed as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyence of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealent etc, complete as per standard specification 7 Charges towards the finishing the concrete surface with power traveler machine rate shall include the cost of fule charges hire for machine and labour charges for operation etc.
