Carriage of 16 KVA Transformer from Store Centre, Mathura to pit site with loading & unloading at both ends Carriage of 25 KVA Transformer from Store Centre, Mathura to pit site with loading & unloading at both ends Carriage of 63/100 KVA Transformer from Store Centre, Mathura to pit site with loading & unloading at both ends Carriage of 250 KVA Transformer from Store Centre, Mathura to pit site with loading & unloading at both ends Carriage of 11 KV XLPE Cable size 3x70/3x120 sq.mm. Cable form Store Center Mathura/Agra including cost of shifting of drum from inside of store, removing of cable from drum and re-rolling of extra removed cable including loading & unloading at both ends. Erection of Double pole structure 8.5/9 Mtrs on PCC Pole by digging of pits fitting of all relevant accessories as per RESPO norms. Erection of Double pole structure 11/13 Mtrs on ST Pole by digging of pits fitting of all relevant accessories as per RESPO norms. Installation of stay set with grouting and nuzzling etc. as per RESPO drawing along with all routine material to be used for such works. Earthing of poles by fixing earthing rods and binding with earth wire as per standard norms including cost of labour T&P and required material for such work. Laying, sagging stringing and binding of ACSR Weasel Conductor on the erected PCC pole/STP including jumpering as per RESPO manual. Laying, sagging stringing and binding of ACSR Dog Conductor on the erected PCC pole/STP including jumpering as per RESPO manual. Laying, sagging stringing and binding of Arial Bunch Conductor on the erected PCC pole/STP including jumpering as per RESPO manual. Mounting of 16 KVA Transformer on the Double pole/Plinth structures and connections thereof. Mounting of 25 KVA Transformer on the Double pole/Plinth structures and connections thereof. Mounting of 63/100 KVA Transformer on the Double pole/Plinth structures and connections thereof. Mounting of 250 KVA Transformer on the Double pole/Plinth structures and connections thereof. Cutting of CC Road for making depth foundation for erection of pole. Installation of 11 KV CT/PT Combined metering unit on existing double pole structure of large & heavy, power consumers to avoid possibility of theft of energy & 11 KV feeders at 33/11 KV sub- station including the cost of accessories (Nut & Bolt, PVC Tape etc.) required for proper completion of work also provided by the contractor. (including carriage of New 11 KV CT/PT combined metering unit from Store Center Mathura to Site of work.) Fixing of meter pilfer box (service connection meter holding capacity). Work including grouting of meter pillar box in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand and brick ballast as per standard norms by providing all material. Grouting of PCC/ST pole in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand and brick ballast as per standard norms, including cost of all grouting material. Guarding of 11 KV line by laying two nos. GI wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 mtrs. as per direction of supervising engineer/RESPO manual. It includes the cost o f labour T&P carriage etc required for proper completion. Providing & Fixing of three phase Distribution Box on erected Pole. Fixing of three phase Distribution Box on erected Pole. Chemical earthing (Neutral/Body) including all required material & work as per Respo norms. Laying of overhead 11 KV XLPE 3x70 mm2/3x120 mm2 as per direction of supervising engineer. Laying of overhead 11 KV XLPE 3x185 mm2/3x300 mm2 as per direction of supervising engineer. Constructions of transformer plinth of size 5.5x5.5x6 feet, with the help of first class brick and masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely as per norms with RCC top 1:2:4 cement, sand coarse and stone grit with MS Bar and MS channel for resting transformer wheel (100x50x1650mm) and plaster. All material shall be provided by the contractor. Old good conditioned bricks, stronegrit and MS bar/MS channel etc will be used after approval of Supervisory Engineer to lower the cost of work. Work includes Removal of T/F from old plinth and re-energize the T/F on earth safely till new plinth construction. Then after remounting the T/F on newly constructed plinth and making all connections to energize the T/F. Providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing around transformer plinth with MS Angle of size 40x40x6 mm length and 1.20 mtrs height. Such panels shall be supported on MS angle from of size 40x40x6 mm having 04 nos corner supports of height 1.65 mtrs including extended legs for grouting which will be used as a door for entry of the personnel or removal/shifting of transformer with welded hinges, sliding belt etc for locking arrangement as per drawing and specifications. The fencing will be painted in the green colour synthetic enamel paint after painting with one coat of red oxide primer. The rates should be inclusive of all materials required for completion of above work. (Length of each fencing approx. 11 mtrs) with T& P labour etc. The contractor shall provide F clamps, D/P clamps, stay clapms, cross arm clamps, LT clamps, ABC clamps, suspension clamps, piercing connectors, I-hooks, dead end clamps, any other clamps, nut & bolts and shackle insulators without charging any extra cost, in case the same are not available in the stores. Contractor shall also provide/perform any contingent material/work at his own cost, which is not included in the boq/estimates but is required for execution/completion of the work. Further, any fabrication work, if required, shall also be carried out by the contractor at his own cost, for which no additional payment shall be admissible.
