Tender For Repair Renovation Of Morris Make 5 Ton Eot Crane At Qutubgarh Bps In Ward No. 31 Nangal Thakran In Ac-07 Bawana; 1 Dismantling of existing EOT Crane (5 Ton) with the help of hydraulic lifters, hydraulics straightened heavy labor at sitev with all tools and tackles. 2 Repairing of DSL, with its couplers, counter 2 plate, Gl wire, holding & testing existing motors and other electric accessories, etc 3 Supply of Pendent 8(6+2) wayfor above mentioned hoist for all function (LT,CT & UP Down) 4 Repairing of end carriage along with wheel 5 Repairing of Electrical Panel with the Required Material (Contractors, Transformer, Relay) 6 Complete alignment of existing girder, water level span and square bar 7 Repairing of motor with break assembly for long travel 8 Replacement of Limit switches for UP-Down & Cross Travel 9 Cleaning Oil/Greasing and Compound (wire rope) 10 Re-assembled Panel Box, wire rope , Limit switch etc. 11 Cleaning,Rubbing and painting charge on the complete crane and Girder for LT & CT with all requisite safety equipmemt and technical measures shall be ensured during painting of girder at elevated levels 12 Complete welding turning alignment of main drum shaft with its bush & threaded , balancing the drum with counter gears
