Fixing of the same at the panel chamber with the help of nuts bolts /welding etc. as suitable for installation of new ACB /their cradles. 3) • Dismantling the existing circuit breaker from the chambers of the LT panel including its cradles and disconnecting the bus bar connections with the main bus bars, disconnecting the outgoing cables etc. 4)Installation of new ACB cradle in the panel by the help of nuts bolts etc in proper alignment for connecting the bus bars. Fixing the ACB in the cradles in the proper condition including checking the movement. Making control wiring connections for the ACBs. 5) • Connecting the main bus bars to the incoming sides of the ACB by re-arrangement /modification/addition of bus bar lengths in Aluminum construction for retrofitting of ACB. 6) making a new M.S. door or modificationin 2 mm CRCA Sheet, powder coated as suitable size to match symmetry, Connecting the bus bar at the outgoing side of the ACB by re-arrangement/ modification/addition of bus bar lengths in Aluminum for retrofitting of ACB. |
