Tender For Repairing/Renovation Of Barscreen Installed At Nangloi Sps; 1 Closing of sewage controlling valves installed on upstream and lower upstream of the bar screen to control the sewage flow. Make the bar screen chamber leak proof with the help of gunny bags placed on both side of the bar screen sump which is approximately 30 Ft. deep. It also includes dewatering of sewage with the help of submersible pump for providing the working space to the worker deployed for execution of work. 2 Dismantling of structure i.e. gear box, motor, sprocket, shaft, pulley, belt, bracket, bush, coupling hopper, spindle rod, scrapper, rack assembly, chain guide rollers, conveyor belt rollers etc. with the help of chains pulley block, gas cutter and manual labour etc. as required at site. 3 Repairing of comb assembly of bar screen made by150mm dia. heavy duty MS pipe & 10mm thick MS slotted plate (for collecting the floating material) for comb including providing of bushes on both side of the comb with pin for operating the comb. 4 Repairing of lock assembly for comb made out with MS/CI bushes, squire bar double roller chain having 1 inch pitch & MS sheet with nut & bolts etc. as required 5 Providing and fixing of MS fabricated chain made out of MS flat strip and EN8 roller and also having 3 inch pitch & fixing the same at site 6 Providing, fixing and alignment of MS guide channel heavy duty size 150mm×75mm×10mm thick for fixing in the chamber. 7 Providing and fixing of 10mm×300mm thick MS sheet with MS angle for supporting of MS guide channel in the chamber as per requirement at site. 8 Providing and fixing of SS stud as per site requirement with nut and washer for fixing of MS sheet with the help of MS angle on chamber walls 9 Repairing / Overhauling of gear box of bar screen and fixing of same and repairing of conveyor belt including repairing of worm shaft by making bearing sheet on both side of shaft, Providing & fixing of new bearing, oil seal and providing of gear oil etc as per job requirement. 10 Repairing of main guide roller with shaft including machining & fixing of bush as required i/e fixing the same at site. 11 Providing and fixing of MS/CI coupling of bracket fabricated as per sample provided at site. 12 Repairing of conveyor belt structure by welding work on the broken joint of MS structure and replacement of worn-out angle i/c replacement of joint plate, making proper strengthening. 13 Repairing, Oiling, Greasing of all rollers of conveyor belt as required for their free movement, including providing and fixing of bushes/bearing & fixing the same at site. The job i/c replacement of bearing bracket of main drive roller and rethreading of adjustment spindle of main drive roller and replacement of spindle nut. 14 Varnishing of 3 HP motor and replacement of bearing, cover plate, fan as per sample & fixing the same at site. 15 Repairing of existing 02 nos. 5HP motors and replacement of bearing, cover plate as per sample & fixing the same at site. 16 Painting the complete both the bar screen structure with one coat primer and then 02 coats of anti-corrosion enamel paint after the completion of work. 17 Testing and commissioning of complete both the bar screen after completion of job in all aspects including providing all safety equipment’s during execution of work.
