| 3 | Dismantling of internal moveable parts of EOT Crane like gear box and motor, bearing with bracket, brake system, wire rope, drum, limit switch, panel and other parts by cutting of nut bolts with the help of gas cutter required tools & tackles as per site requirements. |

| 14 | Repairing of gear box of EOT Crane by dismantling removing of all gear making bearing sheet in the shaft and gear on both side by machining work. Including the charges of lubricants/oiling and greasing for smooth working without unnecessary sound. The job includes making the threads in housing for tightly fixing of cover. |
| 15 | Repairing of hook block of 2 ton capacity hoist by dismantling and removing of internal parts, replacement of bearing, making bearing seat on the pin shaft on both side by remetling and machining work. |
| 16 | Fixing of EOT and all dismantled moveable parts on the upper I section beam by using of chain pulley block and handling equipments with carefully safety arrangement and making the proper balancing with alignment for smooth working with the help of required tools & tackles i/c nut bolts & washer. |
| 17 | Repairing of mechanical system by removing of old defective/damaged parts and providing/fixing of new parts same as per existing. Making and fixing of upper side and lower new hook arrangement with pin shaft for wire rope with proper strengthening, providing and fixing of new plate by using of nut bolts required tools and tackles. Making proper leveling for smooth working. The job includes cutting, welding, grinding and finishing as per site requirement. |
| 18 | Repairing of existing tin shed by providing and fixing of new profile sheet with screw and worn out support for strengthening including of welding work at broken joint as per site requirement. |
