Dismantling of all electric connection of 422KW 6.6 KV HT motors & removing of foundation bolt, coupling of both pump and motor, taking out electric motor from its frame to safer location in dry sump nu by existing EOT crane and heavy manual labor.

Closing of 1000mm suction & 800mm dia delivery line sluice valve & making proper gap by adjusting the dismantle joint to dismantling the existing tappers by cutting of nut bolts with gas cutter and taking out suction & delivery tapers up to floor. The job also includes the provision of blank plates on suction & delivery sides. Taking of pump set from the foundation frame with the help of existing EOT crane to safer location in the dry sump.

Complete dismantle of 33 MGD M&Pmake pump body from the foundation after cutting of foundation nuts in safe & sound condition with the help of existing EOT and manual heavy labour

Removing of existing base frame from the RCC foundation by cutting overlapped CC in safe & sound condition with the help of existing EOT and manual heavy labour. Complete cleaning of base frame by grinder & emery paper and repair from damage portion & oversized holes by welding & grinder irrespective material and painting with anticorrosive paint in all respect.

Breaking of RCC by power hammer & removing of foundation bolt by manual labor through hammering of chisel to make the bolt free from the RCC foundation bolts. This job includes the removing of melba outside the pump house by manual labor from 12 deep dry sump well.

Making of S.S foundation bolt of size 32mm dia, 500mm long with nut & washer

Fixing of S.S foundation bolts in pocket by proper welding with M.S Jal of RCC with proper support ect. Making of proper shuttering for grouting of foundation bolts. Filling of |Cement & concert mixture heaving CC ratio of 1:2:4 for grip of foundation bolt in RCC structure and also making wet layer of cement on the old RCC foundation.

Re-fixing and leveling of vase frame on RCC foundation with the help of jacking machine for zero-zero balancing. Refilling of CC mixture as per requirement in the foundation.

Supply of SS nut bolts and washer of different sizes.

Supply of rubber insertion sheet required for fixinggap piece & pumps etc.

Installation of 33 MGD ends suction pump on foundation frame with the help of existing EOT crane and heavy labour for making proper alignment of suction and delivery line of existing taper. Replacement if rings if dismantle joint along with spacer for smooth movement in all respect as per required job.

Fixing of electric motor on base frame and zero-zero alignment with pump and 422KW 6.6. KV HT motor coupled with coupling and making all the electrical connection from main panel.

Opening of 1000mm and 800mm delivery and suction valve after completion of work.

Testing and commissioning charges of complete pump set on no load & full load for minimum 48 hours.
