Quotation Invited for rates of different items in Ulitity Shifting work ofConstruction of H.L Bridge over Swarnrekha River in Sakchi to Mango Road including construction of Elevated Approaches towards Mango and Azad Basti in East Singhbhum District in the State of Jharkhand-Supplying of DI Pipe 900 mm dia K9 Centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipes for water supply with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 (latest revision) in standard length of class K-9 suitable for push on joint (Rubber gasket jointing ) with cement mortar lining for inside surface and outside zinc coating with bituminous paint. Along with one number of rubber gasket (EPDM as per IS : 5382/1985) for each length of pipe. Ends of each pipe along with the groove for the EPDM Gasket must be burr free. DI pipe conforming IS 8329 with bitumen as per annexure C of IS 9523 shall have factory applied centrifugal OPC cement (IS 8112) mortar lining inside as per the provision of appendix B of the IS 8329.DI Pipe should be procured from Tata Steel only 2 Carrying laying,installation and fixing of 900 mm nominal dia DI Pipe with hydro testing of pipe (water free). 3 Providing and laying DI Special of class K-12 suitable for push on jointing as per IS : 9523: 900 mm dia. (Work has to be executed without traffic Diversion by using suitable shoring whenever required) 4 Supply of hard barrication for laying pipe line 5 C/F hard baricades along the trench. 6 Earth work in excavation for laying DI Pipe 900 mm dia. Upto 1.5 mtr in any kind of soil including hard soil, un-consolidated filled up slag and slushy muck (Slope : 2:1) 7 Excavation from 1.5 m to 3 m in soft rock without blasting (Slope: 2:1) 8 Dismantling water bound macadam tar or Asphalt painted, including removing the debris with inintiallead of 50 meters. 9 Dismantling water bound macadamincluding removing the debris with inintiallead of 50 meters. 10 Dismantling Tar Sludge or Tar premixed Carpet or Asphalt premixed carpet, thickness upto 50 mm including removing the debris with in intial lead of 50 meters. 11 Supplyingand filling fine Aggregate, sand (proper watering with compaction after one layer. Layers shall not more than 150 mm depth). 12 Disposal of surplus soil/ earth upto 10 kM. 13 Provinding/supplying & installation at site ISI Mark ductile Iron manually operated Sluice valves of rating PN 1.0 with EPDM rubber gaskets, rubber sheet and MS nuts & bolts as per requirements, field testing and commissioning complete as per specification, including all cost of materials, providingflages joints two number, labour required, transportation up to site, loading, unloading & stacking etc. complete as per IS 14846 specification 900 mm dia. (Approved Make - VAG, L&T, kirloskar) 14 Construction of RCC walll chamber of 1.5 X 1.5 m inside including Top slab. 15 Inter connection of proposed pipeline with existing DI pipeline. 16 Local Transportaion of pipe. 17 Provision for Nallah crossing -3 Nos. 18 Dismantling before excavation temporary structures, grills, kerbs, poles, verges etc and restoring the same after pipe laying. 19 Misc Expenses. 20 Providing hard barricading with steel supports as mentioned in the standards upto 1.2m height at construction site CGI sheet. Reinforcement shall be used for structure and grouted into GL up to 300mm min and backfilled with excavated soil. Measurement shall be done in physical RM length. This item is to be operated upon specific approval from project in charges at Sr. Mgr level only and billing for the same is only to be done after showing photographs.(Double layers) 21 Charring & fixing hard barricading with steel supports as mentioned in the standards upto 1.2m height at construction site with CGI sheet. Reinforcement shall be used restructure and grouted into GL up to 300mm min and backfilled with excavated soil. Measurement shall be done in physical RM length. This item is to be operated upon specific approval from project in charges at Sr. Mgr level only and billing for the same is only to be done after showing photographs. 22 Levelling and dressing the ground including cutting, filling and compacting up to average above 75mm upto 200mm thickness as per requirement including all labourers, tools and plant complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 23 Preparation of subgrade by rolling with vibratory roller 80-100 KN. Excavated bottom/existing top of embankment dressed to proper camber, profile, slope and density not less than 98% of the maximum dry density of soil as obtained by standard proctor test to receive granular sub-base. 24 Supplying and laying of granular sub-bases of required thickness conforming to Table 400-1/400-2 of MORTH specification as shown in the drawing & direction of engineer and rolled to 98% of maximum dry density of the material determined as per IS-2720 (Part8). The workmanship shall conform to clause 401 of MoRTH specification. (LD Slag free issue) 25 Supplying and laying of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) course consist of improved quality crushed stone aggregates, granular materials conforming to physical and grading requirement as per Table 400-12 & 400-13 of MORTH specification, premixed in a mixing plant with controlled addition overwater, laying and spreading of mix uniformly to correct grade, slope, thickness, cross-fall, rolling, compacting with 80-100 KN vibratory roller, all as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge with all materials, tools, plant and labour complete as per Section 406 of MORTH Specification. (LD Slag free issue) 26 Supplying and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (DBM) course of 80mm - 130mm finished thickness consist of approved quality crushed stone coarse agreegate, crushed stone fine agreegate rock dust filler conforming to physical and grading requirement as per clause 505, Table -500 8 & 9 of specification and added with bitumen binder forming composition of DBM layer as per Table 500-10 Grading -II of specification mixed in Hot Mix Plant, laying and spreading of mix uniformity to correct grade, slope, thickness and cross fall rolling, compacting with 80-100 KN power roller, all as per specification, drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete. Thickness of DBM will be paid as per actuals observed at site on random basis by Core cutting/Thickness Gauge or as per Drg/Cross Section or as obtained from Pre & post levels, whichever is less. 27 Supplying and Laying of dry lean concrete (M10) grade and finishing, including necessary form work with all leads and lifts complete as per MORT&H specifications clause 602 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 28 Supplying and laying of bituminous concrete (BC) 30mm to 45mm finished thickness as per section 500 Table 500-16 & 500-17 & 900-4 and clause 507 of MORTH specification grade II mixed in hot mix plant, laying and spreading of mix uniformly to correct grade, slope, thickness and crossfall, rolling, compacting with 80-100 KN power roller all as per specification, drawings and direction of the engineer, all materials, tools, plants and labour complete as per section 500 of Morth. Bitumen of(60/70) grade as per IS:73 shall be used. Thickness of BC will be paid as per actuals observed at site on random basis by core cutting/thickness gauge or as per drg/cross section or as obtained from pre & post levels, whichever is less. 29 Earthwork in excavation in all types of soil, moorum (hard, compact soft), rock, mica schist, quartz etc and fill materials like granulated lag, cinder, skulls, compacted slag or slag in mass etc. at depths as specified below in formation of road, drain, pits, guard wall etc required levels and grades and dressing complete as per the specifications and direction of the Engineer in both dry and wet conditions. 30 Supplying, laying & compacting plain cement concrete (M7.5) of following grade as defined by IS:456 with graded stone agreegates in all foundations, screenings etc at and at all heights and depths above and below finished road formation level, slopes all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete. The rate includes all labour, tools & tackles, pipe scaffolding, platform complete, as directed by Engineer in-charge. Box drain PCC (M7.5). 31 Supply, laying & compacting plain cement concrete (M25) of following grade as defined by IS:456 with graded stone aggregates in all foundations, screenings etc at and at all heights and depths above and below finished road formation level, slopes all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete.
