Tender For Construction Work Of Cremation Ground At Nagar Panchayats Plot Number-123/0.1580. - Cleaning Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation grass,bush,wood trees & saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1mtr above groung level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50mtr outside the periphery of area cleared. Chapter 4 sl no 11 sor 259 2 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 mtr(20) in depth & earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm (8) layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5mtr (5ft) lifts and 30m (100) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with 30mtr (100ft) distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Chapter 6 sl 1 sor 303 11 Providing and laying integral cement based treatment (Brick Coba) for water proofing on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures as directed by Engineer-in- Charge and consisting of: (i) 1st layer of 22mm to 25mmthick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the levelling course (levelling course to be paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. ii) 2nd layer of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10mm to 12mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer. 12 Providing and layingcement concrete 1:2:4( 1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) andcuring comlete, including cost of formwork .(As per S.l no.19,sch 4.5 of SOR) 13 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 14 Supply & fixing rainwater pipe, 2.No water tank 1000L & material (Nahani trap , gully trap , stoneware trap , water supply pipe etc.) for drainage of sanitary work & submersible set & bore complete chapter no14 sl no7 sor 665. 15 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregates of 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with floating cost of neat cement (40mm thick floor). Approx 16 Providing and laying of 8 to 10mm ivory or light shade vitrified tiles of 300 x 300mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1:4 cement mortar(1 cement :4 coarse sand) finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting & polishing complete including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.(As per S.l no.27,sch 11.41 of SOR) 17 Providing & fixing 1mm thick M.S sheet door witch frame of 40 x 40 x 6mm angle iron 3.1mm (1/8) thick M.S Gusset. Plates at the junction and corner including cutting , welding & wastage & supply of all material , labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. chaper 10 sl no 1 sor 502 18 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded brickaggregate 40mm nominal size ) andcuring complete, including cost of formwork in foundation. 19 Providing and layingcement concrete 1:2:4( 1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) andcuring comlete, including cost of formwork .(As per S.l no.19,sch 4.5 of SOR) 20 12mm thick cement Plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4cement and corse sand in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering including arises, interior rounded angles chamfers and of rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grit and finished even and smooth.(As per S.l no.2,sch 13.4 of SOR ) 21 Distempering with oil bound distemper of approved brand & manufacture ang og required shade on undercated wall surface to give material , labour , T&P etc complete in all chapter 15 sl no 13 sor 649 22 Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint water proofing cement paint with silicon additives of required shade : primer applied @2.2kg / 10sqm. Chapter 15 sl no 35 23 Painting iron work in large area with one coat of ready mixed priming paint one coat of approved paint including supply of all materials,labour, and t&p etc. required for proper completion of work, Paint to be used should confirm the I.S.I no. 103 1950 24 Supply & Fixing of inauguration stone.
