| 1 | Overhauling of Circute Breaker |
| 2 | Following works are to be carriedout for major overhauling and repairing of various type of 33KV VCB of different 33KV feeder at 132KV S/S Maharajganj and 132KV S/S Anandnagar, Maharajganj. |
| 3 | Cleaning of Porcelain of drive insulator and porcelain of vacuum interrupter from outside of each pole and sealing the vacuum pole by applying anabond. |
| 4 | Checking & adjustment of snetch gap, travell of drive insulator rod & tie rod of each pole. |
| 5 | Opening, repairing of breaker mechanism including welding, drilling, machining and filling of material if required and proper fitting of it in breaker cubicle. |
| 6 | Oiling & greasing of crank gears by opening of lock pin etc. |
| 7 | Replacement of worn out parts such as bushes, ring, lockpins and trip latch etc. |
| 8 | Checking & adjustment of oil daspot of breaker for its damping action. |
| 9 | After major overhauling & repairing VCBs, following tests are to be carried out |
| 10 | Opening & closing time of each pole of circuit breaker. |
| 11 | Contact resistance measurement by CRM test kit of each pole of circuit breaker. |
| 12 | Checking of Insulation Resistance of each Pole of Circuit Breaker. |
| 13 | Checking of Circuit breaker tripping at 70% of DC voltage. |
| 14 | Checking the Close/Open of operation of circuit breaker from remote and local. |
