To perform under term contract such services and execute works on the term and conditions contained or referred to in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I Specifications and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II together with errata/ amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be deemed and as are enumerated in the aforesaid Standard Schedule of Rates.ORAs such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of General Condition of Contracts (IAFW-2249) 2022 print with errata/ amendments as applicable.Note: Work Order will be placed by Engineer-In-Charge for net amount up to estimated cost only.
