Tender For Construction Work Of 01 No. 33 Kv Bay For Lakhwaya At 132 Kv Sub-Station Vedvyaspuri (Hapur Bypass) Under Electricity Transmission Division, Meerut - Carriage of Main & Auxiliary structure from Electy., fabrication unit Naini Prayagraj To 132 KV Vedvyaspuri Meerut 3 Sorting, counting, stacking mark wise and head loading of structure (approx 3 MT) on truck at electy., fabrication unit Naini Prayagraj. 4 Safe carriage of loaded structurefrom electy. fabrication unit Naini Prayagraj To 132 KV S/S Vedvyaspuri under ETD-Meerut (Distance approx. 750 km) . Details of structure are:ABL-03 & No ALP-16 No. 5 Unloading of carriage structure (approx 3 MT) from truck its Sorting, Counting and proper Stacking at the S/Ss premises as per direction of supervisioning engineer. 6 Erection of 33 KV lattice type main/auxiliary structure as per follwing details :ABL-03 & ALP-16 No. and Erection of 33 KV Circuit breaker related structure installing as per drawing with the help of G.I. nut & bolt, flat, spring washer, matching the hole. 7 Erection of following 33 KV equipments including shifting of all equipment and accessories from store site to work site, fixing of required clamps, jumpering and all related cable termination and connection according to schedule, welding and other related associated works with testing and commissioning. 8 33 KV VCB 9 33 KV CT 10 33 KV CT junction box 11 33 KV Bus Isolator 12 33 KV Line Isolator 13 Laying and termination of following size control cables in trench/cable tray/G.I. pipe from Tripple Feeder C&R panel in control room to equipments as 33 KV CB, CT, PT, Isolator and metering cubical.Note:- Gland & Ferrule will be provided by contractor free of cost. 14 2 core x 2.5 sqmm 15 4 core x 2.5 sqmm 16 6 core x 2.5 sqmm 17 10 core x 2.5 sqmm 18 Earthing of Equipments & Panel Cutting, Straightening, bending, laying of MS Flat and jointing in Earthmat equipment and structure with the help of welding works of following size MS Flat with excavation, with its back filling and all other associated work excluding the cost of M.S. Flat which will be provided by the Dept. free of cost.50x6 mm(200 RMT) 19 Complete interconnection of33kv equipment with specified conductor (Single/Double as required) of various 33 KV equipment wih main/jack transfer bus bar of ACSR PANTHER conductor. The work includes cutting and bending of conductor in proper shape, clamping with the help of the clamps and all associated work as per technical specifications and site requirementto complete the work at 33 KV Line. 20 Painting of MS Flat with one coat of red oxide primer of good quality the applying two coats of bus green paint of Asian/Burger Oxide after rubbing rust & dust at 50x6 mm(200 RMT) M.S. Flat used in 01 No. 33 KV Bay 21 Levelling of exavated earth as previous at various places in newly constructed 33 KV switchyard. 22 Work of 33 KV Bay Integration in SCADA System (M/S Alstom ) with all associated works & all material supply will be provided by the contractor at his own cost as per requirement for SCADA Intergration. 23 Supply Part:- 24 04 bolted type PG clamp made of aluminium alloy LM-6 with GI bolt & nuts and spring washer suitable for Pantherto Panther as per technical specification and sample 25 04 bolted type PG clamp made of aluminium alloy LM-6 with GI bolt & nuts and spring washer suitable for Zebrato Panther as per technical specification and sample 26 Bimetallic 33KV CT Clamp made of brass length 4 hollow type with slot of dia as per dimension of CT rod and remaining portion of length 10 made of aluminium flat type twin panther conductor as pe sample 27 33KV Isolator clamp made of aluminium alloy LM6 one side connecting twin panther conductor and another side connecting with the isolator thimble/plate complete with clamp HDG nut-bolt and washers as per sample 28 33KV Breaker clamp made of aluminium alloy LM6 one side connecting twin panther conductor and another side connecting with the thimble/plate complete with clamp HDG nut-bolt and washers as per sample 29 Peforated cable tray 30 75 mm 31 250 MM
