Tender For Special Repairs Of Rolling Shutters At Sax Wing P 342 Smw P 203 And Epct School At Ins Shivaji Lonavla.; 1 Design,install,testing & commissioning for replacement of manual cum electrical operation mode by installation of switch gear box for shutter as provided in shutter at side ,rolling shutter operator indirect drive side motor single phase - 1500 KW in case of power failure manual drive 3 way push button with PVC pipe including testing on completion.All as specified andas directed by Engineer-in-charge. (SAX wing-02,SMW-2) OEM : Sunrise consultant and suppliers, Nashik,Mogi engineering, Pune, Abhay Fabrication work ,Sinnar 2 M & L for maintenance of Electrically Operated (such as checking of electrical Shutter,greasing,oiling to all movable parts,winding of motor,replacement of worn out gears and gear box,replaclement of main shaft,replacement of wornout chain etc) and preventive maintenance(such as scrubing of existing rusted surface,cleaning,prepration and painting of surfaces with one coat of red oxide and two coat aluminium paint for fine finishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 M & L for submain wiring drawing through PVC casing & capping with 2 single core 2.5 sqmm and 1 run of 2.5sqmm as earth wire of stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 V grade all as directed.Note:- Three run of 2.5sqmm wire and one run of PVC casing capping will be measured as one running meter. 4 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for 5 S & F in repairs steel rolling shutters thickness of Laths in 1 mm ,without ball bearing as specified including Top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and 1 shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle .(SAX wing-02,SMW-02) 6 S & F ball bearing for rolling shutters .(SAX wing-02,SMW-02) 7 S & F safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters.(SAX wing-02,SMW-02)
