    Tender For Restoration/ Replacement Of Electro-Mechanical Equipment Of 100 Kva Manual Voltage Stabilizer Installed At Tube Well Grave Yard Damaged Due To Flash Flood / Heavy Rains-Replacement of electro-mech equipment of 100 KVA Manual voltage stabilizer installed at Tube well Grave Yard. The job includes dismantling of LT incoming cables to the stabilizer and dismantling of all electrical connections with LT panel Job includes loading of voltage stabilizer on load carrier with the help of crane and shifting to workshop, then dismantling of voltage stabilizer. Extracting out of damaged coils 02 no. of the stabilizer and replacement of same as per sample by using requisite tools and tackles. P/F of new rotatory switches 01 no’s in place of damaged one.P/f of voltmeter – 01 No.s , Ampere meter – 01 No. The job further includes topping of T-oil upto the level of oil gauge of the stabilizer approx. 135 lts. Providing and fitting of MCCB 100 Amp. Removing the old damaged change over switch and providing and fitting of new change over switch. Reassembling of the voltage stabilizer and shifting of same to worksite and testing it on full load . Complete job includes cost of material and skilled /unskilledlabour charges etc.
