Tender For Provision Of Storm Water Drains At Jcos/Or Md Accommodation At Map I And Spl Repair Of Drainage Line In The Aor Of Age Br Ii Under Ge(A) Suratgarh At Suratgarh Mil Stn.; 1 Notes:-(i) 100 percent nonperishable items of the work shall be deposited by the L1 bidder within 30 days after placing of work order.(ii) The critical path network shall be submitted by L1 bidder immediately after the acceptance of tender and approved by GE.(iii) The bidders must ensure to visit the site, check relevant documents and makes of materials required to be incorporated under the subject from concern Engineer-in-Charge.(iv) The unserviceable material obtained under the schedule of credit shall be handed over to the contractor by the Engineer-in-Charge on a proper gate pass.(v) In case of non-availability of any make mentioned under list of Makes, the L1 Bidder shall obtain non-availability / non-manufacturing certificate from the concern OEM / authorised dealers and submitted to Accepting Officer, the L1 bidder may be incorporated makes as approved by HQ CE SWC Jaipur and HQ CE BTZ in the works after prior approval of Accepting Officer.(vi) L1 Bidder shall produce E-way bill alongwith test certificate from OEM / manufacturer for costly items / major items of amount above Rs 50,000/- along with RAR’s and Final Bill.(vii) L1 Bidder shall be maintained an album containing Photos of all the material brought at site and each stage wise work progress and kept at site. Same shall be deposited in Engineer-in-Charge office after completion of work.(viii) The cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of bidder, nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder. 2 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 5 Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6 M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . 7 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 8 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 9 M&L Providing precast reinforced ce-ment concrete 1:2:4 (type B1 ,20 mm graded concrete)in manhole covers (Vibromechanicaaly floated) including all use of forms, moulds or machine moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 .M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, coping, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings bed block, roof kerbs or mud stops, kerb stone, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, surface channels and drains, benching, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size brick,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 M&L Mild steel TMT steel reinforcement bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed 13 Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 300 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2 with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 300 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 15 M&L for precasted SFRC manhole/Drain cover with frames square/round size as per ground requirement provided with suitable mild steel rims and easy lifting hooks of medium duty 10 MT as per IS 12592 pt I including dismantling of existing manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed 16 Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed 17 M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately. 18 M&L for 15mm (10+5mm) thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by weight of cementincluding finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : - Rate ofwater proofing compound shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. 19 M&L forrendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfacesin cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 M&L 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint completejointed with adhesive laid in trenches or floor complete all as specified.and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
