Tender For Interior Works For New Hylcyon (Bhabhatron Bunker) At Radiotherapy Dept., Lower Ground Floor, Crc Actrec.; 1 Removing existing flooring & skirting tiles, along with backing and bedding mortar, clean the surface, lifting & shifting debris to ground floor & carting away the same out of premises etc. complete. 2 Dismantling of existing wooden/aluminium doors and handing over to the client as directed by PM. 3 Providing and laying P.C.C. M15 (1:2:4) concrete in foundation as leveling course 150 mm thick including necessary form work, batching, mixing, placing, consolidating etc. complete including wet curing for specified time period. 4 Supplying, Providing and placing in position RMC M25 Reinforced cement concrete with 20mm downgraded aggregates for walls/foundation etc of accelerator and maze rooms of thickness ranging from 300mm to 600 mm at all levels including vibrating, curing, providing construction joints, leaving cut-outs/ pockets for placing of inserts/ embedment, etc., complete, including cost of providing steel form work with plywood lining for all shapes (including scaffolding, centering, etc.), but excluding the cost of providing reinforcement all as per specifications.Include precautions to control heat of hydration and obtaining a homogeneous compact concrete. All exposed concrete surface to be of form finish complete as directed and instructed. 5 Providing and fixing high density (7.75gm/cc) steel plate to the existing concrete surface using holdfast and hot press technique. Also, the footing required to carry weight of steel plate would be included as per approved design by the consultant. 6 Supply &fabricating and fixing reinforcement for RCC work with high yield strength ribbed cold twisted tor steel of variousdiametersand all lengths of grade Fe 415 / Fe 500 conforming to BIS specification including cutting, bending, fabricating, welding, wastage and placing in position according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with the use of 16 gauge galvanized binding wire of double fold and providing precast cement cover blocks for main reinforcements to ensure specified cover according to relevant IS code.The measurements will be in accordance with IS code 1200. 7 Providing and doing brick work 115/230/350 mm thick with locally available good bricks of class designation 50, in required thickness of walls, in CM 1: 4, including adding polymer admixture Emaco 141 at 500ml per bag of cement, racking the joints, cleaning, carting away the wastages and curing 8 Providing & applying plaster at an average thickness of 12 to 15 mm in exact line & level in the proportion of 1 : 4 cement and sand mortar by manual mixing, with addition of waterproofing chemical @ 150 ml and Harbourite 12 mm fine fibrillated 100% virgin polypropylene fibers @ 150 gm per bag of cement including curing for at least 7 days, carting away a debris, cleaning (Note: Waterproof Plaster considered in Server Room only) 9 Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in- Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm. 10 Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross T of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main T at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross T of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main T runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x 30x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. 11 Supplying, providing and Laying vitrified tiled floor/ dado/skirting , wall on cement screed using 600 x 600 mm vitrified tiles. Total thickness of screed and tiles to be 30 mm. including lying 125mm high skirting all round. Laid area of wall, floor and skirting measured and paid 12 Providing & layi g approved shade minimum 18mm thick Granite slab in flooring, window cills etc over cement morter of 1:4 in wastage, labour. Complete as directed and instructed. 13 P/f Trap door in false ceiling with ACP panel in shutter and frame fixed ovwr 50x50x2 mm thick aluminumhollow swction with epoxy sealant as per manufacturer specification suspended from ceiling with suitable MS supporting system as per site condition, including p/f 32mm thick insulation on trap door complete as directed and instructed. 14 Providing and applying oil based internal paint as per the manufacturers specification to the interior surface of masonry walls,underside of roof slabs in UPS room ,control room , passages, of approved colour and shade with minimum two coats of paint. Item to include preparing the surface with necessary approved fillers, making good by touch up etc. to give the desired finish , all complete. Rate to include cost of the tools, tackles, labour, equipment, etc.(above Wall Tiling) 15 Providing & applyingenamel paint to wooden or steel doors,scrapping, cleaningthe surface, washingandfillingthe crevices with approved paste/putty as filling sealant & applying the paint with one metal primer base coat, two top coats over the primer from Dulex / Zydex 16 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath &courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). 17 P/f Trap door in false ceiling with ACP panel in shutter and frame fixed ovwr 50x50x2 mm thick aluminumhollow swction with epoxy sealant as per manufacturer specification suspended from ceiling with suitable MS supporting system as per site condition, including p/f 32mm thick insulation on trap door complete as directed and instructed. 18 Floor-mounted storage cupboards within Bhabhatron room; to store: accessories. Inclusive of Doorma make automatic door a closure, two doors handles per shutter concealed night latch locking device, etc. complete. 22 Providing and fixing floor cover with quick access to sub-floor utilities Galvanized Steel Chequer Plate for Cabling from Alcomet make with HI-AX lid has been designed to withstand for heavy loading, all lids are galvanized to prevent corrosion, with the larger lids having substantial underbracing to give the required strength. 23 Providing and applying Pest and rodent control for the required in all respect including guarantee for the 18 months 24 P.O.P. Punning - Scraping of old paint/ distemper wherever necessary from the existing walls, and applying of 3.0 to 6.0 mm thick lime punning over it to give a smooth leveled finish, the final coat of punning tohave one coat of oil based Cement primer. Laminate as per specifications with grooves and clear / frosted glass as per design/detail complete in all aspects with necessary hardware of make Dorset / ozone as per satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge and the furniture drawing.
